Monique was a fantastic host and has a fantastic little apartment! The price was well worth the value and a place to park without having to pay just adds to that value. The place was immaculately cleaned and she even gave us a little gift basket uncluding treats for our dogs. We highly recommend Monique and this place!

We were kindly welcomed by Annet at the agreed time. As we walked to the cottage, she provided us with tips and tricks in the area and the delicious Italian restaurant in Egmond. Rosaria's is highly recommended! The cottage itself has all the comforts. It is nice and quiet and from the cottage you can be in the dunes, on the beach or in the city center in no time. We had a great time and would love to come back sometime!

Vivian & Kurt's apartment is just great. Very nice and tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is very good, you are in a few steps directly on the promenade and on the beach. Vivian was very friendly and always available for questions. We really loved our stay at Annelies‘s apartment! It‘s so close to the beach, it took only 1 minute to get there - absolutely incredible! Annelies communicated the check-in instructions via WA where she sent us a short video and voice message. I really appreciated this as this already seemed so welcoming! The apartment is super small but contains everything you‘ll need. Plus Annelies left a few little extras for us and our dog - so cute! We would 100% recommend staying at Annelies‘s!

We were very pleased. The area is quiet, child-friendly and both beach and shopping are easily accessible. In case of problems, Gerard was always responsive and could help. Since there were no guests in the house the day before our arrival, we were even allowed in before 3 PM.

Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

Our short trip was super nice. You could reach both Egmond and Bergen on foot. On the way through the dunes we even saw wild horses.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Located in a vacation home complex, which is generally very quiet and relaxing. The house is very efficiently used with 3 bedrooms and is very well equipped. The location is phenomenal! Direct lake access on one side and fantastic nature on the other. There is only one point that could be improved. Check-in was only possible between 4 PM and 5 PM. There must be no traffic jam etc. on the way, because the reception is then also closed. Improvement: Barbecuing is only allowed with gas - either each house should have a gas barbecue or there should be some kind of gathering place where you can book slots for barbecuing.

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything is great. Marcel and his wife help with everything, are very friendly and relaxed. We rented Marcel's electric boat and took a tour of the canals and lake. It was wonderful. Marcel briefed us well. Thanks!

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

A beautiful little house with everything your heart needs. Great, very well-kept garden, in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get everywhere by bike, by the sea, in small towns, etc. If you are looking for a break by the sea and in a lovingly prepared ambience, you will find exactly the right thing here. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back!

We liked the accommodation very much, a lot of space for 2 people and a dog. The access to the water is wonderful and the boats highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

We (three friends) had a wonderful (albeit short) time at Fadime and Leo's place. The beach as well as the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also good. We felt really welcome and would come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 🤗🐚

Mick is a good host. The place was very peaceful and calm. You have all the necessary items makes you feel like home. Station, bus stand and grocery market are all near by to his place ( walking distance ).

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean. The hosts wrote to us a week in advance. And responded quickly to questions. We also received an accurate description of how to get to the house. You enter the house and immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is everything you need. A delicious sweet surprise was also on the table for us. Irene and George are great hosts. We will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed the cottage. Everything was clean and it had everything you need. The kids especially loved the great big garden. The beach was easy to reach by bike, but is also easily accessible on foot. The communication with Svenja was super friendly and the response time to questions was totally fast. We can definitely recommend the cottage.

We had great days at Willem Jan's place. This corresponds to the description and photos of the listing. We felt very comfortable right away. It is tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and also clean. Everything in the area is easily and quickly accessible by car - beach, shopping and small towns to stroll around. We really enjoyed it. The only downside we have to give is the musty/damp-scented bedroom. But that's the only point of criticism, everything else was really very satisfactory. I'm sure we'll be back:-)

The place was very nice and well maintained, we felt right at home! In the house everything was available...from baking paper, Zewa, etc. to Maggi, the kitchen was well equipped. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet with direct views of the water... Everything worked out and we can only recommend the place!

We were 7 people and were all fully satisfied. Beautiful, clean and technically impeccable vacation home, furnished with attention to detail. Lindsey also always inquired if everything was okay. Would highly recommend! :)
