Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Leidschendam-Voorburg

Excellent Communicators that were concerned for our wellbeing in the home and around the area. All our needs were met and we were very comfortable during our stay. Great coffee maker and beds were welcoming. Many towels and dishes were great to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb where we had grocery stores, cafes, great restaurants and access to parking, all close by. The use of the bikes was great as well.

We had a great holiday in Wassenaar. The area is great for cycling, walking, shopping, culture, spending days at the beach and eating out. There are so many things to do all within easy cycling range of the house that you will need more than a single holiday before running out of activities. Our car stayed put the entire holiday - we were thrilled by the co-operative style between motorists and cyclists as compared to the defensive/aggressive style here in Berlin. Let alone the general cycling infrastructure (paths, crossings, traffic lights, ...). The many beaches are easily reachable by bike and offer a great variety from lively with promenades to secluded and lonely. We loved the waves and the wind and cycling along the dunes. The house is very clean, spacious and luxurious in a secluded quiet neighbourhood with a large and beautiful garden. There is ample space for cooking, dining and sitting together. We had a great time and enjoyed it very much.

Had a wonderful stay here for a week! By far one of the most beautifully decorated Airbnb’s I’ve stayed and extremely spacious and affordable for our group of 6. The mix of bedrooms would also be perfect for a large family or group of friends visiting. We loved hanging out in the living room with lots of natural light and the really cute backyard as well! The house was just a 2 minute walk to the tram station making it super easy to get to nearby cities like Delft and Den Hague. We enjoyed going museum hopping, to the beach, and day tripping to Amsterdam from here. Jeroen was a lovely and responsive host, letting us have a flexible check-in, meeting us for check-in/out and even giving us some snacks and goodies when we got there. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend :)!

A beautiful house in a very nice area. The local town is great, with nice parks, shops, bars and restaurants. Transport into the city /beach is super easy too. Japie, the resident cat is a bonus!

Staying at Boudi's was really indescribably beautiful! We were greeted personally, it was like coming home again. The house is so beautifully lovingly and personally furnished that you don't want to leave. The beds were also particularly noteworthy, they were great! The location is quiet, a beautiful garden and a great neighborhood. Katwijk can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Boudi is a very warm host. Would love to come back anytime! Highly recommended! We stayed at Roderick's house for a week over New Year's Eve. We were really comfortable all around. A cozily furnished house, a very friendly host. Really a completely successful stay. I highly recommend it 🙂

Our stay at Luba’s apartment was really lovely. Communication was very easy & timely. The apartment is beautiful with some great original features; it was also very comfortable too. Opening the balcony doors overlooking the quiet street & sitting to have a drink was great. The shower works well & the bath is low enough to step comfortably into. The bed is also very comfortable. The whole apartment is tastefully done with all the amenities you need. The stairs, like the stairs in a lot of Dutch houses, are a little steep but you soon get used to them & didnt cause us a problem. The washing machine was a great benefit & has a short wash to ensure you can be on the move. The area about 10 minutes outside The Hague was good for us - a lovely deli & other shops are close as are a number of good restaurants. Lieden & Delft are very easy to get to & well worth it. A great stay with lovely hosts in a nice location - I highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful at Anne's place. She communicated very well. Check in was smooth and the stay was great. The bikes & locks availability made the stay special as we used them a lot. In general, we had a great time.

alberto was such a great host! this was me and my boyfriend’s first time in the hague, and we’re already thinking about coming back. the flat is in an amazing location on bleijenburg—right by loads of restaurants and shops, and only a five-minute walk from koekamp, which is a really beautiful park. we'd recommend walking down to the buitenhof and grabbing some ice cream from "het ijskabinet". the apartment itself is lovely. there are two big tvs and sonos speakers on both floors, so it was super easy to chill out in the evenings. just a heads-up about the stairs—they’re pretty steep (especially if you’ve got any mobility issues), but that’s pretty standard in the netherlands. some people mentioned outside noise in their reviews, but we didn’t find it bad at all. just the usual chatter of the street. we miss it already :(

Kathi's place was perfect for our family of 5! It had beautiful and fun artwork, everything you could need to make meals and relax. Very comfortable and great neighborhood to be located in! If your kids play soccer there is a great facility down the street my son trained at a few days with a nice playground for my other kids to play at. If you have a hard time walking up steep stairs this might not be the place for you. The stairs to the very top level was very steep which is normal for Dutch houses but just a warning for anyone older/can't do stairs well.

Excellent apartment with all what you need for a good holiday in Den Haag. My flight was delayed, but there was no problem with late check-in. Great and quiet location with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.

It was a great spacious place, directly feels like home. The area is very nice, quite and warm. Tram to Centrum is just 2mins walking, supermarket Albert Heijn is just 1 min walking, and many more shops and Cafe around. The apartment was clean and as described. Mathilde is very friendly and helpful as well, giving clear instructions and suggestions to go. Amazing experience, thank you 😊

Our stay at Hans' was exactly as we imagined it. The apartment is great, tidy and big enough. The area is very nice, quiet and in the middle of the old town and beach. Ideal location. We'll be back

The home is beautiful. The main floor is an open concept but laid out really well. The home is next to a couple of business so it does get a little noisy but it wasn't really that noticeable. The home is also close by to all the tulip fields. Sven and Patricia were great hosts. Patricia met us at the home and did a walk through with how to work the thermostat and lighting. She also sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The only draw back to this entire experience is that we didn't stay longer.

We felt comfortable. We liked the private garden and the open tastefully furnished living area. Of course, the cat Poppy was the highlight for our kids. Poppy is a friendly and easy-care cat. As described, the connection to the beach is really great and quickly accessible. There are also many ways to do things and excursions. There was always a friendly and quick exchange with hosts. It was very nice.

Perfect stay! A beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Beautiful design, luxury amenities, attention to details and all in all a wonderful stay. Jolanda was super responsive and very kind. Highly recommended!

hermiëtte is realy a nice host, she's so helpfull. she have a really nice house too, it was so clean and neat. and it has all the facility u can have in as a family house. it is close to the park, and the park have a nice playground. its not too far from the station, its around 15min with bicycle, she even lend us their bicycles. it have a heater, so we don't freeze at winter weather, she also put so many winter coat, shawl, gloves, beanies, and warm blanket that we can use. it also have many toys n activity for children. my kids definitely love the big trampoline outside. such a lovely place to stay with family n kids. we love it. thank you Hermiëtte and Al, we really have a nice stay at this house. definitely will stay here again if we go to denhaag.

It was such a pleasure and privilege to stay at this home. The house is worthy of museum status — a gem of art nouveau glass and tiles. But it also features a fantastic modern kitchen, great WiFi, and comfortable beds. In other words, the best of both historic and modern. The location is perfect, with steps-away access to transit, groceries, dining, and more. Adjacent to a canal, the site is also a natural haven, filled with nighttime sounds and daytime bird life. We were treated to a goose family with multiple goslings for part of our stay! Washer/dryer are great, as was the tv and other appliances. And finally, the decor is stylish and interesting….perfectly themed for those interested in travel. Having stayed at nearly 100 Airbnbs, this was one of our all-time favorites.

Very nice cottage in the quiet bungalow park. Close to the beach, good starting point to discover South Holland.

We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. The host as super responsive, and flexible on our late checkin. The area has great walking and biking trails nearby to get to the flower fields or the beach.
