We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Eleanor and Neil’s property. Eleanor was really helpful during the booking process; flexible , friendly and helpful. Seabiscuit is beautiful with everything you need for a lovely stay, including a lovely view with animals. And the bird sounds were incredible! We really were in nature. The Stable Barn coffee house is a lovely addition and I enjoyed meeting them and their grandchildren over coffee and biscuits!

The old Piggery was perfect for our family (including dogs!). The place itself was bigger than what we were expecting and had everything we needed. Super clean and great water pressure. If Jenny will have us back we would love to have this as our go to stay when we are visiting friends and family. Thank you so much.

We stayed at the Pump House which was great for three families and big enough for everyone to have their own area of the house. Lovely themed rooms which the kids all enjoyed. It was great to have to the toys, travelcot, childrens crockery etc. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the animals. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A beautiful converted cottage with a recently refurbished feel. Very close to Nottingham (20 mins by car to the centre) and a very private area. Paul and Suzie were very accommodating and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully prepared—it felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with great local tips and quick responses. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this gem—would love to return one day!

Absolutely spectacular location and place—one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. Incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet 10 minutes from town and attractions. Very communicative and helpful host. Hope to stay again next year!

Really enjoyed my stay here it was everything I’d hoped for and more… I had time to reconnect with nature and my family and disconnect from my phone. Jane and her family were very accommodating and friendly throughout. Felt completely relaxed throughout and right at home. Highly recommend C Brumpton butchers for cakes, pies, preserves and all round good fare. And Naturscape Wildflower Farm and Tea Rooms - handy stop for a cheerful lunch on the trip home. Will be back!

Came to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family, grandson and Suzie the dog. We’ve had a wonderful time enjoying the very comfortable accommodation, large private garden and hot tub. It’s a beautiful area to explore with canal walks and nice country pubs. Emma was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The Barn is truly an exceptional place. We loved our stay. It was so close to many things we wanted to see but best of all it allowed us to walk and explore a beautiful area. The bed was so comfortable and the home was clean and cozy. The local eatery, Dovecote Buttery and Pantry, was a pleasant surprise. Both food and service were fantastic and I could have bought every thing in their gift shop. It was amazing! Brian and Georgie are truly “Super Hosts” and the Barn and the surrounding property is something special.

As a large family group we felt relaxed and comfortable, socialising in a warm and homely environment.

We had a great time in the long shed. The area is stunning. It was perfect, just sitting in the hot tup, staring out into gorgeous fields of cows or up at the stars at night. The shed is in great condition, very clean and well stocked. Siobhan was very friendly but also the checking in and out process was so easy that we hardly needed to ask anything! We would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a stress free, peaceful trip away

We stayed here whilst visiting our son. The place is lovely, really clean and very well kept. It was equipped with everything you could need. The welcome basket of food was lovely and the chickens eggs were fab. Claire was on hand if we needed her. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Also the restaurant up the road was a 1 minute walk and was also very nice.

A beautiful house with even better views. The place was even bigger than what the photos showed. Plenty of space for a group of friends over the long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped, it truly felt like a home from home. We really enjoyed the games room, it kept the lads entertained and the sofa in the lounge was super comfy, perfect for watching a film. All the rooms were large with comfortable beds. Thank you so much for such an amazing venue to help celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday! We’ve already said we want to come back.

We can not applaud The Redbarn enough, it exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more! The hosts' attention to detail was exceptional and very much appreciated. Both Ginny and Adrian were very approachable, helpful and friendly. We had a very comfortable and fun time celebrating my daughter's forthcoming wedding in the Redbarn, it was just a shame we couldn't stay any longer! I would highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Sophie’s barn has been a great place for our girls weekend trip. We loved the space and it is in a beautiful, peaceful area.

We went with friends for New Year. It was perfect for us and a good space to socialise. The barn is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The icing on the cake was the hot tub it was a perfect temperature and so lovely to relax in.I would highly recommend Louise and Andrew’s barn. A true gem in a pretty village 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great place, cleverly laid out, well appointed and nicely decorated. Great that all rooms very equal- all same size and all en-suite. Lovely hot tub. Very detailed information booklet left to tell us how everything works and reccomended restaurants. We went to the Grey Goose as reccomended, only managed to get in at lunch time but the food really was amazing- one of the best meals out I’ve ever had. Friendly host and great value stay. Interesting location of a working farm. Many thanks indeed- we plan to return x

Charles was a very responsive host and communicated well throughout. He made us feel very welcome in person too! He went the extra mile - we were arriving late so he ensured that there were lights on in the cottage and the door was unlocked. Plenty of tea, coffee etc provided and a bottle of fresh milk was waiting in the fridge. Properly dog friendly too - not one of those places that says it is and then lists a whole load of restrictions. Super area for the dogs to be let out into in the morning/evening.

The Stable Flat was much bigger than we anticipated and felt really homely and inviting. George is lovely and even let me borrow a Barbour to go to a garden party, because I forgot to bring my own! Thanks George - saved the day. The beds are super comfy, lovely linen, an abundance of coffee pods, the WiFi works and generally just a wonderful stay. If I am ever in the area again, it will be my go-to choice.
