Great spot! My friends and I spent the long weekend whilst completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. It was about 35 minutes drive but well worth being slightly further out than some of the other options we looked at to stay in this accommodation. It was perfect - great open plan kitchen/living space perfect for larger groups, a stunning view and the bonus was hot tub which was fab for post hike relaxing watching the golfers that backed onto the garden! We had a wonderful stay! The property was delightful with many outstanding features. Very nicely equipped too and the beds so comfortable. Stunning views and space around was perfect. The hosts were excellent...very informative, alwayszavailable and extremely friendly. We'd definitely like to stay here again. The young children loved it too.

A fantastic and private place to stay with everything you could ever think of. Sparkly clean place and Jo thought about all the little things too even down to cotton wool pads, a bottle of Prosecco & a box of roses and some milk! Really well catered for. Hot tub well maintained daily. Jo super friendly and super helpful and if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is the place! Beautiful!

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

Our stay was perfect. Very beautiful home. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the house was just beautiful, every room was immaculate and we felt very lucky to have such a grand home to ourselves. We will 100% be returning and telling our friends and family about this amazing place.

we had a beautiful stay. the place was spotless and very welcoming. probably the best place to have an air b and b with plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants to chose from. the people locally are very helpful and polite. it was very peaceful to walk along the canal and to the national park.

My partner and I can’t even begin to put into words how blown away we were with our stay. We stayed over for our wedding weekend, and Tracey immediately started it off strong with balloons, card, and a bottle of bubbly. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is well decorated - a nice mix of rustic and modern decor - with a gorgeous view of the countryside. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Tracey was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured that our stay was perfect. We will 100% be staying again in the future, and we urge anyone that wants to book here to do it!

We have just returned from a remarkable stay. The cottage is impeccably presented and the grounds are lovely. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need to make this a home from home. We would without a doubt stay here again

Just back from a wonderful stay at the lodge with my two boys. Lovely welcome Prosecco and crisps, hot tub was gorgeous! So private! Beds comfortable, had a day trip into York too. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thanks so much would highly recommend for a break away from busy life!

This was my 2nd visit to the Lodge & once again really loved it, as did my hubby. Pristine , comfortable with beautiful views . A lovely walk along the river into Haworth . Enjoyed the complimentary gifts & will definitely return in the future. Thanks so much Vicky 😊

We had a lovely relaxing stay here for our wedding anniversary. The pod was very well equipped and comfortable although we spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the hot tub as the weather was so good! We are keen walkers and there were plenty of decent hikes in the area and some good pubs for food & drink afterwards.

Staying at Emma's lodge was an absolute delight! We were looking for a remote getaway with a hot tub, and this ticked the boxes perfectly. The peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled on a charming farm, the lodge offered stunning views and a real sense of calm. One of the unexpected highlights? The friendly cows who wandered over to say hello around 11pm, it was such a sweet and memorable moment! Emma was a wonderful host, and everything about the stay felt warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil, rural setting.

We’ve just returned from Lapwing Lodge. Beautiful location, very peaceful and the facilities were everything we needed. The photos don’t do it justice. The cabin was spotless and the hottub was a great bonus. Arrived to a very easy check in and we were even given until midday to leave on the departure date. Would definitely be interested in returning in the future.

Easy check in, lovely beautiful space. It was better in person than the pictures uploaded. I loved how a few peacocks were around and deers. We wanted to book an extra night it was that lovely, the hot tub was really nice a huge bonus as it was private too. Overall a really nice experience, great place to go with friends.

Such a perfect little getaway for me and my partner. The location was peaceful and great for walks, and the hot tub was amazing after a long day out. Easy trip into Manchester too. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely go back!
