Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separately

The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. In winter, we heat with air conditioning and that's enough. Comfortable 2.20 m beds are together or separately, according to the guests' wishes. There is a modern kitchen, coffee and tea. There is a shop next to the house. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it!
