Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Verdon-sur-Mer

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a nice extended weekend at Valerie's. The accommodation is perfect in every way: quiet, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, a few minutes' walk from the beach and the city center. We were hosted very well by Valerie who lives next door.

Wow, this is a wonderful place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The three totally private gites are in a private park with lots of trees and wild life. We stayed in the garden suite and it was like having your own home. We enjoyed having a dip in the heated pool. The beautiful Port-d’Envaux village is a two minute stroll away. Céline is a delightful hostess. We have stayed in dozens of bnb accommodations around the world - this one is the best by far.

There are homes that we love and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we love, we adore, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely stay at Agathe's apartment. We liked the apartment, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the large and private terrace. Communication was very pleasant and check-in very straightforward. We definitely recommend the place.

Berthe Sandra's apartment is very cozy, tastefully furnished. Very clean, very comfortable bedding. You feel good there, also very quiet. Finally, Sandra's hosting was perfect and very caring. If we come back to the area we'll know where to put our suitcases. We highly recommend this listing.

Second stay still as impeccable at Valerie's. Attentive and friendly host and very accommodating on schedules. Quiet accommodation at a pedestrian crossing to the sea, perfect for a stay or vacation for two.

Olivier's apartment was nice, clean, faithful to the photos, close to everything you need for a good weekend (restaurants, sea, playgrounds...). It is a little small, but so well arranged and equipped (washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and even oven...) that we hardly notice its narrowness. Finally, the insulation is quite good since we did not hear the neighbors from our living room. As for Olivier, he is flexible on the arrival schedule and will respond quickly. In addition, he is warm and gives good advice. To summarize, my boyfriend and I had a great weekend at Olivier's apartment. We recommend (PS if you're looking for the lemon press, it's part of the decor)

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We would recommend it.

Valerie is a charming and very accommodating host. Being pregnant, I asked her if it was possible to take out the bed and she immediately agreed! :) Great responsiveness on their part, following a communication of incorrect access codes. I recommend it!
