Monthly Rentals in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

I stayed in Sarah's apartment for 4 months and can't say enough positive things. Sarah and her husband live on site, are incredibly responsive and helpful, and went way above and beyond. Their instructions were crystal clear and comprehensive. The apartment is brighter and even more spacious than in the photos. It's right in the middle of a very lively area but is completely quiet and serene because it faces away from the street. The building is amazingly soundproof, so you don't hear traffic or any other residents. The unit is exceptionally clean and well-appointed - the kitchen is well set up for real cooking (pots, pans, cookie and muffin tins, all the utensils you could ask for, etc.). The furniture is stylish, robust, and very new. Mont Royal metro is a 15-min. walk away. The grocery store downstairs is extremely convenient, as are the wonderful bakeries and shops and restaurants within steps of the building. I will definitely be booking this apartment again!

Beautiful little apartment, well equipped, great location, very quiet, the neighborhood is very nice, metro less than 10 minutes away, I recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Danielle’s Airbnb. Location is perfect - stepping out on St Denis with plenty of shops, bars restaurant and festival right at our doorstop. The place is comfortable, spacious and very bright with big windows and morning sun.
