Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Perrier

The stay in Prefailles was lovely. The accommodation is ideally placed facing the ocean. A few kilometers from Pornic and Pointe Saint-Gildas. Anne-Charlotte took care of our well-being. We didn't miss a thing.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

Have a great weekend at Sandrine's home. A great sea view 2 steps from the beach. Very clean accommodation. We'll be back with pleasure.

I highly recommend trusting Nathalie, the accommodation is better in real life than in photos and superbly furnished. It's quiet and simple, everything you need to unwind. Access to the beach couldn't be faster and everything is accessible nearby! 10/10

Very bright apartment with original decor, perfectly equipped. An exceptional sea view that you get used to very well! The little extra on arrival: a delicious Vendée brioche! The neighborhood is very nice. You can do anything on foot. A big thank you to Christelle for her availability, hospitality, good humor and valuable advice. We had a lovely stay!

We spent three wonderful days in Jacques and Line's apartment, with a splendid view of the sea. The accommodation is comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly located for relaxing. Everything was perfect! We were warmly welcomed by Marie-Claude. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet (rooms on the courtyard) and very well located! There is nothing missing from the apartment. The garage is a real plus given the central location. We will come back without hesitation during our future visit to Les Sables:)

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and effective, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 years and 4 years) also loved their vacation. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300 m away… enough to be completely disoriented!

Located 2 steps from the ocean, just behind the dune, it's an ideal location to put the car down, rest and do everything on foot. Very good address with hosts who have allowed us flexibility on time. Everything was clean. It's an address we remember to come back later. Check it out

A perfectly located home, which allows you to leave your car to enjoy the surroundings on foot and by bike. Caroline is very attentive, the garden is very nice, the house matches the photos and description well: no complaints, it was a very nice stay!
