The apartment is comfortable, quiet and very well located. Parking is convenient and secure. The instructions for installation are complete and very clear. Gaël is attentive and responds very quickly. We had a lovely stay.

Ideally located accommodation. The apartment is in a great location in an old building in old Le Mans with a lot of charm. Very clear explanation by Pierre Yves for the location. No parking but easy to park in the basement right next to the accommodation. We also slept really well, very good bedding. Thanks again!

Beautiful small studio in a quiet area, easy to access with a parking space. The studio was very clean. Marie-Pierre is responsive and advised us on what to see in the area.

Highly recommended for those who want to spend one or more nights together. Easy to access and very true to the photos, in addition the instructions were very clear and the equipment easy to use. If you're interested, you won't be disappointed and will have exactly what you've been looking for. As for us, we will surely spend another night or two there in the future.

A stay that lives up to expectations with touching special touches. The accommodation is very beautiful, large and carefully decorated. The surrounding noises can disrupt sleep but the comfort of the bedding is undeniable. The rates are high but the service is present and the standard and tranquility have a price. This is a very pleasant new experience and we recommend it without worries. Thanks to them.

Very pleasant stay! The host's hospitality was exceptional, everything was done with great attention. In addition, a bottle of wine, chips, juice, madeleines, and coffee in capsules were waiting for us when we arrived. The towels and robes were spotless. The view is superb and the apartment is in a great location, close to everything. The decor is tasteful and everything is designed to have a great time.
