Great stay at this place, simple instructions for accessing the place. Clean accommodation, good location close to the zoo and easy access to Le Mans. The air conditioning was very helpful and easy to use with the explanations. The baby kit with a portable crib and high chair is very convenient. Small yard on the ground floor accessible to take our dog out. We'll keep the address!

The studio matches the description, very peaceful place you can hear no noise at all during the 2 nights we spent there, there are several shops nearby, as well as restaurants. Located 50 minutes from Le Mans circuit. Netflix and wiffi very convenient especially when you have children. Private parking in the courtyard of the building is an advantage, but there is also the possibility of parking in front of the building.

The accommodation is very pleasant, bright, modern and well-equipped. Basic products are available (dishes, shower, etc.). Michael is flexible and very responsive. His instructions are clear. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed the stay in this small apartment during the Moto GP in France! The apartment was super tidy, cozy, very clean and recently renovated. Just to know that a very narrow staircase leads to the 2nd floor to the apartment, which did not bother us but may be important for others to know. We recommend it! 🙂

Accommodation with beautiful amenities. The price is fair. Small touches to have a great time. Only negative point not related to the services of the accommodation: the street can be a little noisy.

We had a pleasant stay in the studio. The location close to the heart of the city allowed us to do everything on foot with the advantage of being parked on the street for free! The place is neat. An effort would have to be made for the tiles but it's a detail that didn't stop us from finding the place very clean! The sofa bed is comfy. The kitchen is functional and equipped, although the utensils are counted. The terrace is well exposed with the hot tub that we did not test (the sun made us want more walks than cocooning). For a couple or child and their parent, the studio is perfect! Recommended.
