Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre

First of all, Hang was very friendly. He always answered our questions in a short time. The location of the house is very close to the M7 and M14 metro lines, and both metros take you to the area where historical sites, museums and buildings are located. Bus line 47 also takes you to the city. We were greeted by a clean and fresh smell of cleaning inside the house. The house has a backyard. For those interested in running, the area is very suitable for running. The house is a home where a family can easily stay and live. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet and safe. There are also a few Turkish restaurants near the house for those who want. It has its own parking space for the car. It's a detached house. I can tell you this for those who will go, use the bus as much as possible. Because you are traveling around. The metro line M14 is very modern and clean, a reliable line late at night. Thank you very much to Hang!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

I had a lovely stay at Christel's. She qas very reaponsive to messages and gave easy instructions to follow. It was near a main metro line into Paris and was a great base for my days out visiting the city. Roscoe the dog was an added bonus!

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

I had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very comfortable. The center of Paris is very easily accessible from this accommodation thanks to public transportation. If I have to stay in Paris again, I would rent this place again with pleasure.

Accommodation that matches the photos, clean and in a good location.

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We particularly liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. So perfect for a family to combine city and play. But also very nice without children, there are 3 workplaces for remote work! We will be happy to come back!

Apartment as advertised. Upon arrival, everything was clean and organized. Access to the apartment was easy with Imany's instructions. She was always helpful in answering our questions. The neighborhood is quite quiet. Subway line 14 is just a 1-minute walk, which makes it very easy to get around. There are also nearby bus lines. With a few minutes' walk, you can find markets nearby. It was a great stay and I left with a feeling of nostalgia not only for Paris, but also for the apartment. Next year I must return to Paris and I would choose Imany's apartment again, if it is available.

apartment was absolutely lovely but the area did feel a bit empty at times - however, very easy to get into the centre of the city via the tram/metro. mehdi was very easy to contact if needed which was very helpful.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Virginia is very responsive. There are shops nearby. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Everything is cool, nice music speaker, warm atmosphere. Small hot water tank (5-10 min showering)

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We're very satisfied with the place. Instructions were clear and host was available for any additional information. The location is quiet, clean and well connected to the center of Paris. The couch slept children, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults to sleep on.

The apartment was perfect. It was close to a metro line, which we discovered a few days in but was well worth the overall savings costs. Martine was very responsive. It got really cold and she brought over a space heater that heats the entire apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and if it's just the 2 of us, we'd love to stay there again.
