I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Very good hosting by William for the key handover. Our (relatively elderly) parents were able to benefit from this beautiful, quiet and well-located house in order to travel to Paris for a difficult family event. They particularly appreciated William's accommodation, very clean and which corresponds very well to the description. thank you William

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

Yvette is a very welcoming person who makes it a point of honor to welcome you in person and explain the accommodation in its details and subtleties. I was just passing through for one night with a work colleague and we slept very well. On the other hand, despite the very early hour of our departure, Yvette insisted on getting up early to hand over the keys. I would recommend this place and Yvette's good mood 😀

Really great accommodation from Alexandre, it's a very nice cottage in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you are there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!

Great stay! The house is pleasant, with its enclosed garden. Located next to a park, and close to the RER to get to Paris quickly There were 9 of us and each couple had their own room. 🤩

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

If you don't know where to stay in Paris then this is the place for you. It's in a peaceful part of the city but still has the lovely architecture, loads of bakeries, great restaurants and easy access to the metro. It's also easy walking distance to the city centre and the stroll to enjoy the jardin de Luxembourg is a must. The apartment itself is lovely, really spacious and well designed to make it super comfortable and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights of Paris. It also has a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a quiet glass of wine. The instructions are super clear for checkin and the host was easy to communicate with. The only improvement I can think of might be a list of local recommendations in the apartment. Paris is a big city and it's always great to get some tips from a local!

We are a couple with three girls. We have been very at ease in the condo. A very functional apartment with a nice balcony. The neighborhood has a lot of evening life, but once inside you feel safe and very quiet. We will repeat it and recommend it.

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Very nice accommodation, very close to the Stade de France. Very good exchanges with hosts. Very clear check-in instructions, no problem. We were very happy with our weekend.

My husband and I absolutely loved the place! It was cutest, coolest apartment in the most perfect location. Hubert and Maria were amazing hosts and provided comprehensive directions on the apartment and great recommendations on what to do in the area.
