The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Hélène is a very hospitable host. She provided us with everything we needed for our baby and was available to provide us with all the comforts we needed. The apartment was very nice, peaceful and very pleasant. The sumptuous setting and the jacuzzi/sauna provided a superb plus for this little slice of heaven. We had a great time. Thanks again! We had a great time. The place had everything you needed to have a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had this best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on the good restaurant plans around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Evelyne greeted us warmly when we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cherry on the top was the whole apartment is kitted out for babies and young children, which was so wonderful for our little granddaughter. The views are stunning, and just a short drive down to Aix-les-Bains and youre at the beautiful lake. We had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Evelyn.

Fred and Françoise are very attentive to their tenants and know the good places. The mountain view and the paragliding in front are very nice. I stayed there for 3 weeks for a cure and there is everything you need.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

The cottage is comfortable and very well-equipped, located on the heights of the quiet village. Lise is responsive and accommodating. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Excellent stay at Gilles and Johanna's! Peaceful, quiet environment, in the heart of nature, perfect for us in any case. The accommodation was clean, equipped as it should be, no complaints :). If you want to stay around Lake Annecy, it is at Marc's place that you have to go. Relaxing, well located to shine,and following the marc directions you will not be decus.belle terrace to settle in and pool to cool off after the walks with a great panorama. Really look no further.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice
