Place was great. Only things I would say is that the one bathroom and shower have only a little over 6’ of headroom(a little strange for such a nice place) so taller people will have to use the main bathroom and shower. I am 6’2” and I had to duck in that bathroom and shower. Be prepared to go down a few miles of dusty roads to get to the place. Once you get there everything else is very comfy with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy!

Enjoyed our stay close to the water. Husband loved fishing off the dock. Shower and hot tub has great hot water and pressure. Very comfortable home and spacious . Plenty of propane and kitchen essentials. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tiffany was very responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful place, we absolutely loved it. Home was beautiful and unique, everything was taken care of, and everyone was right about those cookies. Oh my goodness. 🤩 We had a 3-year-old with us who is pretty chill, so it was fine for us, but be aware of breakables if you have more rambunctious kids. We millennials absolutely loved being able to watch Disney movies on VHS with her though, and there were books for kids available too. Short drive to Dyess if you’ll be visiting there, location was great for that. Overall, highly recommend, no complaints at all!

Excellent stay while back visiting family in Abilene! The house is spacious and plenty of room to spread out. House is well stocked, everything you need for cooking a meal is there; the bedrooms were nice and comfortable as well as the bathrooms. Back porch overlooking the lake was peaceful and beautiful! Great stay and highly recommended!

Ricky’s place was a perfect quiet get away to celebrate my husbands birthday. The best part was we were able to unplug and enjoy each others company! The private hot tub was the perfect setting to talk, listen to nature, and observe the starlit sky. Ricky’s hospitality was above & beyond what was expected! We would definitely come back!

The house is everything you need for a home base. We didn't cook here at all so I can't say anything about the dish options but everything we needed for bathrooms, beds and even the laundry was available. The kids loved the pool table and other games! Good backyard if you need to bring pets too

And the location she provided us was spectacular in every way. I highly recommend any listing where she is the hostess as it will be a certainty that the location will be more than you hoped for. Great place to stay for two small families. It was a quick one night stay, but it has everything we needed and the host was flexible with our check in time. The rooms were great—clean and free of clutter. Also nice neighborhood and loved the option to keep our cars in the garage. Thank you!
