Monthly Rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

The special apartments are easily accessible, check-in was hassle-free. We immediately felt comfortable in the spacious room with comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. Very convenient is the supermarket right next door.. We'll be back.

The place was a dream. The views are stellar and multi angled with the great glass doors. Lavapiés is a great neighborhood that really comes alive at times. It was boisterous, but I wouldn’t call it noisy. We slept fine and bed was comfortable. Great Bars and restaurants nearby. Tatema Madrid, Scratch and Savas Bar were just a perfect introduction to Madrid. We had a parade come around the apartment while we stayed one afternoon. It was quite a sight. We felt completely safe in the flat, and loved having a walkable area, besides the hills of course. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The host was attentive and knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations. The heater worked well enough as we were there during a March Rainy cold snap. Loved the water pressure and shower head. Def was nice taking a hot shower in from of the cold. There are a lot of interesting neighborhoods in Madrid, but for us Lavapies was where we wanted to be and this Apt let it shine thru.

lovely host and spot in the city

Francois' place was just what I needed for my solo stay. It had all the amenities I needed. It was walking distance from great restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk from Parque El Retiro. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend his place to friends and family.
