Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lauris

We very much enjoyed our stay at mas Subarroques : beautifully restored house, large rooms, well-equipped, beautiful terraces facing the magnificent Luberon landscapes. One of our kids was sick during our stay so we stayed more in the mas than originally planned; this was not a problem as there are lots to do on the property itself: ping-pong, babyfoot, billiards, tennis, pool (for the warmer months, it was too cold when we were there), petanque, swings, sandbox, and beautiful walks in the garrigue around Viens. The area is calm, so perfect for relaxing holidays and avoiding the crowds elsewhere in Provence. Christiane was extremely kind and nice, she made us feel at home welcoming us warmly in her beautiful property.

I would like to thank you warmly for allowing me to stay at your place this weekend. The welcome on arrival was most pleasant, everything was spotless: The appliances are modern and in excellent working condition, and you feel really good and safe there. This environment has perfectly contributed to the smooth running of my sports training. We had a lovely stay! Great location to easily walk to everything Aix has to offer while also being away from city noises. Clement was a wonderful host and we felt comfortable in his home. I would agree with a prior reviewer who commented on the A/C not being strong downstairs but Clement kindly provided a fan for the bedroom. Having the fitness room was a plus for my wife and I

Friendly little studio, well-arranged, comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the simple check-in thanks to clear and prompt communication. A little extra, the host even provided us with a crib for our baby, which was a difficult criterion to check out on Aix.

Very clean and functional apartment,very well located close to Cours Mirabeau , parking spaces very close and free for those who work early in the morning if you are lucky that they are free. A cat bar is located just behind the alley for cat lovers! Aurore and David are very responsive and helpful. We'll be back!

We loved staying at Salama place in Aix. Her Airbnb is clean and welcoming, in an amazing little town. We had so much fun there. Salama is very caring of her guests who stay, she has everything you need. She was very helpful because she had a full guide of important helpful info such as: car parking info, train station info, bus info. This is wonderful for anyone traveling, especially for someone who had never been to France before. She had many recommendations on restaurants and places to go see, all with maps and restaurants cards in the Airbnb. We would love to come back and stay here again one day :)

The apartment was very clean, nice, with every comfort. The location is very convenient and most importantly there is not any problem to park your car. Charlene, a very nice and respectful person, she was very pleasant to deal with. I recommend it to everyone.

We spent 3 nights at Gregory & Nathalie’s condo with a great pleasure especially during the festival d’Avignon, first of all, we had a very warm welcome from them + a basket of seasonal fruit, strawberry homemade jam and a bottle of wine, which really made us feel like home immediately when check in; communication went smoothly and responded rapidly; clean and comfortable place provided all we needed, the pool is a big plus in a such hot summer indeed! We will not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone who plans to travel to Avignon at anytime!

Great place very clean and soothing

Fluid arrival, smiling, clean, pretty, and well designed apartment; a week of festival, intramuros accommodation where one can nevertheless sleep at night without noise... it deserves to be highlighted!

An ideal property for a (large) family vacation… quiet, space, full of sunny or shaded nooks and crannies… a really huge swimming pool, a vegetable garden (delicious tomatoes), several terraces, gym… the cinema room… and the beautiful village of Roussillon nearby. Happiness. Everything was perfect!

Exceptional holiday home in a private location and well situated for exploring Provence. The house has everything for a larger group or family and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The pool was fabulous and the enclosed and secure gardens such a bonus. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you Vincent for your frequent communication. We cannot say enough about Stephanes house! Before our arrival Stephane was responsive and really helpful with lots of things regarding our trip. When we arrived he was there to greet us and show us around the beautiful home. We were stunned as it far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the outside area was perfect, it was clean, comfortable and stylish. It was so well equipped that we truly felt at home. We made full use of the kitchen, the grill and the pool area. There was everything you could possibly need. The location is great for exploring Provence and Avignon. There are walkable amenities but we really benefitted from having a car. Stephane went above and beyond to provide for our two one year olds and that just added to being able to relax. The house felt safe and clean. Check out was so smooth and Stephane even dropped us some delicious pastries on our final morning. It really finished a superb week with a flourish! We will be back!

Thankful for a gorgeous home to stay in, with very relaxing pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, beautiful grounds. A few tiny updates needed for some kitchen items, notified host at checkout, very kind and responsive. Really wonderful time, excellent for large groups. Thank you for welcoming us!

This place was wonderful. Very beautiful surroundings and so peaceful and quiet. Roland was such a fantastic host very thorough and responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make to make it perfect would be to change the textured floor in the master area. It is hard on your feet and carries a Oder. Once the air was on or windows were open no problem. By know means did this put any damper on our trip. Overall if you want to enjoy this region of France I would recommend you stay here. Very central to the region and easy to navigate anywhere you need to go. One last thing I would suggest is to get as much information about restaurants there locations, days of the week there open along with times. Make sure they open in the off season. Roland can help ahead of time with all this. Also I suggest you stop to stock up on whatever grocery items you need 20 miles out before arriving. The village is very limited. We had the trip of a lifetime.

Our stay was very nice with beautiful weather. The terrace and different shaded areas offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We regretted that the listing did not specify that Jérôme or his family could occupy the floor during our presence which can impair privacy. A minimum of storage space in the bedrooms would bring better comfort and allow you to open your suitcase. We would like to thank Jérôme's parents who live nearby and who were particularly pleasant and generous by offering us vegetables from their garden.

We had the most wonderful time at Janet's place. It goes beyond the photos. The accommodation was full of character and very thoughtfully organised with lots of different places to unwind. We loved sitting outside for meals, enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. There are chairs and places to relax throughout the grounds, all presenting a different view and experience of the environment.
