Monthly Rentals in Laudio

This is a very thoughtfully presented apartment. We were a multigenerational group and had a very comfortable stay during a heatwave (34-38C for 3 of the days). We were so glad the place was a nicely insulated apartment with climate control, and had a lift to help us get the pram and luggage up - not a given in Europe! The beds were very comfortable too, and we all felt refreshed each morning. The apartment is on a hill with a supermarket and lots of eateries/bars very close by. We also walked into the new and old parts of town, and used the Barik (transport) card Iker provided. The communication with Iker was almost instantaneous and we felt very reassured. On the last day Iker even helped us get a taxi that would accept a baby, so it was very stress-free getting to the airport. Many thanks to the hosts!

Very nice and clean apartment, very well equipped, consistent with the description. Apartment located in a quiet and atmospheric town in Orozko, which is close to Bilbao. In the area of ​​Orozko there are many beautiful trekking trails and in the town itself you can feel the atmosphere of a Spanish town. The host was very helpful - when we needed he organized a room to store luggage before check-in and at my request he supplemented the equipment of the apartment with an iron and ironing board, we could also count on valuable tips :) We will remember our stay in Orozko very fondly :)

The house was very well located, in a quiet area in the middle of nature but very well connected. The stay was fantastic, the house has everything you need, even with soaps and gels in all the bathrooms. It has all the cooking and bbq utensils. In addition to iron, washing machine, awning. It's a real luxury of home. Thank you very much!
