Everything is great and as described, the gatehouse is located almost directly on the Elbe hiking trails. By public transport, you can quickly reach the center of the New Town or in 20 minutes in the old town. Steffen gave us many helpful and beautiful tips for going out in the New Town and in the immediate vicinity during the handover. I can only thank you for the beautiful stay and the warm welcome. First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

It's a shame that you can't award more than 5 stars. Super friendly hosts, a beautiful place and a great price. The house was superbly decorated. There was nothing missing and we could even cook for 3 people with the things that were in the house. Thank you very much and I can only recommend everyone to book the house. We will definitely be back next year and stay longer to do even more.

Beautiful authentic place, felt right at home. Hosts were so kind to us. We got to pet their many donkeys and already miss them.

We had wonderfully relaxing days in Yvonnes and Steffen's beautiful cottage! With lake and forest at your doorstep, the accommodation is just right if you want to take a few days break from everyday life and enjoy peace and quiet. The house is very cozy and well equipped - we felt right at home. This was also due to the friendly welcome of Steffen. He took time to give us tips and was also easily accessible in advance. Thanks for the great time!

I had a very nice weekend in Dresden with my four daughters. Arriving at the apartment was straightforward and I felt right at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet and well-kept area, is well connected to public transport and the cozy terrace invites you to chill in the sun. We will be happy to come back.

A nice cute apartment, sparkling clean, with everything you need (except dishwasher, but I didn't need it), very centrally located, with a nice small balcony for breakfast or dinner. Perfect for one to two people, we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful small old building apartment/ maisonette in a residential area with many very nice old buildings/small villas, near the Elbe, pleasantly quiet with good tram connection in old and new town; great amenities (De Longhi espresso machine!), nice furniture, very tastefully decorated, so: perfect! HIGHLY recommended! We'll be back for sure (if possible).

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is fully equipped. It was a very high end type of room because you can't smell what you're cooking and it doesn't stick to your clothes. The owner really knows what the customers need. I rented a room but this is the first time I've posted a review. The room is very pleasant, convenient, accessible and affordable especially for us who is not staying for a whole day. We just leave our stuff, go out early in the morning and come back at night to eat and sleep. The owner is responsive online. The instructions are very clear. Im looking forward to coming back here and maybe staying again because I haven't finished the other place for klettersteig. 😊 I highly recommend..😉

Very nice and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The location is very convenient, in the heart of the New Town. Still very quiet as it is in a backyard. The apartment is cozy, large and well decorated. We immediately felt at home and our son was happy about the books and games. We highly recommend it.

We felt comfortable in the apartment as a family (2 adults and three children) right away. The location allows good access to the districts of different downtown areas, even on foot. It is about 300 meters to the Elbe. The residents in the house seemed friendly, the backyard looked relaxed in February. Tram and S-Bahn can be reached quickly.

Great place, close to the train station yet quiet. We enjoyed the stay and the morning coffee on the roof terrace very much. We'd love to come back!

The apartment was just as described. Directly close to the highway and yet totally quiet and the view over the whole city is unique. The beds were very comfortable, which I always find very important. There were all shopping opportunities nearby. Christian is a very good host and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

For him, a bed and seat was also provided. 😍 Beautiful apartment with charm (the photo wall with Dresden map and pins with beautiful places is a great idea!) We will be happy to come back.

Were guests for a night at Marion's for a family celebration. The place is very quiet and the contact with Marion was very friendly

We stayed at Mandy and Andreas's place for the second time. We really enjoyed our stay as it was last time: the accommodation invites you to relax with the stylish furnishings, modern bathroom and great kitchen. The space of the apartment is optimally used. Highly recommended!

We were there the second time there and again very satisfied again. Everything as in the pictures. The kids love the sleeping niche.

Great place to launch from. Easy access to the city, and good parking. Also easy access in and out of the city. The place looks exactly as pictured and Sebastian is easy to get a hold of and helpful.
