We had a wonderful week at the cottage and Dorothea was such a warm host! The house is beautifully quiet with great views and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired inside and outside. We were there in summer and there are many excursion destinations in the area - relaxing swimming, strolling in Graz or exploring the nice gastronomies. The bush taverns are also worth a visit. Dorothea has many good tips ready and in Leitensima you can relax wonderfully and just relax. The bathroom and kitchen are just as great as the outdoor seating and the barbecue. Bedroom super cozy. An absolute recommendation for those who like to have it quiet, but still want to make a small trip every now and then.

We loved the Lexsimihof from the first moment. It is a home that can only be described as unique in terms of location and amenities. The furniture is very tasteful and stands out from many houses we have met so far. The magnificent garden and especially the beautiful cherry tree in front of the house are unique. The house is very lonely but if you like it, it is an oasis of peace. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped in every way. We haven't been to Lexsimihof for the last time.

We had some super great autumn days in the area. The place was a dream and very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time The evening round with the dog was a spooky time included (would take a headlamp next time😃) Great place to stay for a relaxing break! I'm sure we'll be back. 🥰

Dear Babett, dear Wolfgang, thank you so much for allowing us to spend such a wonderful time with you! 😊 Already upon arrival, we were just speechless, how beautiful it is from the outside! 😊 Right when we came in, we were right at home! All these loving details, the reception with bread, sausage, cheese, eggs and homemade syrup, just a dream 🥰 The towel for the paws of our Emma, the alpaca soap, the Shea Butter, I could continue forever!! 😊 Sure, the pool, the sauna...oh, everything was so great! 😊Then of course the absolutely wonderful Barbara, who welcomed us so lovingly, gave us such great tips for hiking and with whom we were so happy to chat!! It's just a heart!! 🥰 And of course not to forget, Karli the cute guy! On the 2nd day, even our Emma took it right to heart! And that's what it means for a hangover! 😅 We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great break! 🥰

Very privately located small property on one of the many hills of the area with beautiful views of nature, especially from the outdoor pool. After a longer beautiful bike ride, we were able to relax in the sauna. Nikolina and her husband spoiled us all around with daily breakfast baskets, wood and in-house wine. BnB 100% recommended

We had an amazing time at this retreat—it was the perfect escape from the daily grind! The little details really made it special, like the outdoor kitchen and the super cozy fireplace. Perfect for relaxing evenings by the fire. The owner was great too, always quick to help and super friendly. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place to unwind and soak up some nature, this is it.

Listing is the same as the photos show. The accessibility was exemplary at all times. The studio has a really nice aura. You immediately felt like at home. If you are not there by car, you can get on the bus in front of the house and get to downtown Graz. Not far away there are shopping facilities and also a pharmacy. Since I have to go to Graz / Raaba more often, I will definitely come back.

Excellent host! Beautiful house and the view is just amazing. The photos are great but wait till you get there you will be shocked how good this whole thing looks. If you want to chill and have an actual holiday this is the place to go to. I’ll for sure come back!
