BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

Lovely view of the sea from the balcony and 10-15 min walk to the old town, but quiet and out of the crowds. It's a little tricky to walk with your luggage from the ferry terminal but totally worth the views.

We had a great stay. The balcony gives a very nice view on the water and there is a beach close-by for swimming and chilling in the sun.

We were 4 friends staying at Tinas Apartment. The communication beforehand was very easy and we had contact to Tinas daughter in law, Marica. Marica answered really fast, was friendly and gave helpful tips and advices for the stay on the island. We really enjoyed staying there!

Frano’s apartment has been renovated to a very high modern standard and is conveniently located in the Old Town. On the same little lane there are 2 wine bars and at the bottom of it you reach the main waterfront walkway with many restaurants. The apartment itself is very quiet. It was a wonderful spot for our family of 4 adults to stay.

We really enjoyed Marija's place. It was even more than we expected. Everything is very clean in the apartment. You have your privacy although hosts live in the house next to apartment. Apartment is in the quiet neighborhood and have nice terrace on which you can enjoy in the morning and at the evening, because throughout a day it can be very sunny and warm. Location of this apartment is in our opinion perfect. Around 15-20 minutes walk from Stari Grad port and Jadrolinija ferries. Along this walk on the shore are a lot of beautiful small rocky beaches (both wild and arranged) where you can enjoy whole day because there are a lot of shaded places due to the beautiful pine trees (you do not need a parasol). Also, the place we most enjoyed bathing and swimming was 5 minute slow walk from the apartment and near that place were cafe, changing booth, toilets and shower. Hosts are lovely and very friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for peaceful vacation.

Fabulous beach house vibe. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach - beautiful sunlit mornings, spectacular sunsets and easy to swim (even if the water was a little chilly!). Short easy walk into the chilled out village of Drasnice with relaxing seafront cafes. Excellent location on the Makarska Riviera with easy access (by car) to amazing beaches like Punta Rata at Brela. If you fancy a bit of adventure, it's also convenient for the Bikovo National Park with its dramatic Skywalk. Emi was a very kind host, giving us homemade bread and cookies and even a souvenir gift at the end of our stay. Her son Rato was also very helpful and quickly responded to our request for more towels. The house is a cosy beach cottage, quite rustic but very cute. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven so it challenged our cooking skills a bIt but we got on fine and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and great shower.
