Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Las Salinas

Highly recommend for a walkable location in San Juan Del Sur. Our favourite was the private balcony! Great place to have coffee with an expansive view of the surrounding local area. We felt totally safe as it's a little ways up from the main road, but still very accessible (as long as you can manage stairs). Ruddy and his family are wonderful, always willing to help since they live downstairs while still giving us privacy. Ruddy provided transportation to our next location at a great price. Communication was phenomenal via What's App with his brother, Marvin who provided awesome recommendations, and even went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue. Muchas gracias!!! Overall, the apartment suited our needs. We were able to cook breakfast and do our own laundry which was a bonus. Also enjoyed the smart tv with Netflix, AC, wifi, and storage space. Note that transportation is required to reach the surf breaks, but this is a great choice for visiting San Juan Del Sur :)

An amazing experience in Playa Maderas! The place is very nice, surrounded by nature and with a spectacular view. The cabin was spotless, very nice and comfortable, perfect for resting. The pool is excellent and very enjoyable, especially at sunset. The host was very friendly and always attentive to everything we needed. The service in general was first-rate. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

We really enjoyed staying at José's apartment, the location is excellent as the bay is close and there are many businesses nearby. In addition, he was very friendly and offered us the help we needed immediately when problems arose. If we have the chance again, we would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Thirsty Beaver was short but sweet! It’s walkable to the market, beach and the hosts are very welcoming at friendly. It’s obvious they care about your stay and do their best to make it great. The best dog scene!

The house is beautiful, spacious and great for family events. Every room has a private shower and restrooms. My family was so happy with the house. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 6 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. We are definitely coming back to this house. Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

The apartment is a real gem in every sense of the word. Strategically located to head to the beaches of the north and south of San Juan del Sur, very close to the Cristo de la Misericordia and even closer to the center of the bay, it is literally 200 meters away. The amenities of the place are impeccable and we thought the water filter and the screen with different platforms for visitors was a high-level detail. This place is remarkable, no doubt, and worth visiting again. Thank you very much Lauren and Nadiezdha for your excellent attention and communication.

We stayed at Lauren's condo for 2 nights. We have stayed in this condo building before but in a different unit. Lauren's unit is very clean. There's a nice breeze from the patio, so you don't really need to use the AC in the living room/kitchen area. The condo is very spacious and more than enough space for 5 people. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are ok. The kitchen is clean, bathrooms are clean, and the AC's worked well. The water was hot too which is nice. We didn't use the kitchen because we mainly ate out at restaurants so I cannot comment on that. The fridge worked well. The pool at the building is nice and refreshing when you are so hot from walking around town. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend renting this unit as everything went well.

I loved the apartment, super clean, it was what I expected, the location is excellent if you want to go to the beach and see the city center, you can use the pool until 10 pm, it is super clean

Tom was super responsive, had a WiFi issue, he was all over it. Great place to stay, would love to go back.
