Jose is the best host I have experienced throughout my travels. His place is exceptionally clean and orderly. The location is also great. The beach is right around the corner, and buses are immediately within reach. At night it is quiet, you won’t hear any traffic. Jose himself is very kind and helpful, I felt very welcome and appreciated his efforts. Highly recommended!

We came for a week to Gran Canaria and decided to stay in Las Palmas to avoid the tourist crowds in the south of the island. The apartment is conveniently located. Right in the historical center of Las Palmas. Around one corner is the pedestrian zone that leads in 5 min walk to the Vegueta market / Casa Colon etc. Around the other corner are lots of nice restaurants and pubs. We made a deal with nearby Indigo Traina Parking and could drive in and out of the the parking for 8 days and paid 54 Euros (It reads and recognizes your car's number plate). The apartment has a large roof terrace (with a very advanced looking grill, which we didn't use) and is very quite despite its central location. It looks exactly like on the photos. Stylish and well thought through in terms what's available for guests. We would definitely book it again when we come back to Las Palmas....

Perfect new apartment 5minutes from beach and bus station. The building is very quiet but close to everything you could want locally. The terrace is a perfect sun spot. Nico was a good host, all check in info was easy, but as the apartment was perfect I didn’t need to ask him for anything else
