Apartment vacation rentals in Las Negras

The two of us stayed in Rafael's apartment in Cabo de Gata for a week. It was still before the main season, so not all shops had opened yet. But that didn't bother us, we enjoyed having the beach almost to ourselves. In the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to take excellent care of ourselves. Rafael gave us tips for the area and made us feel very comfortable. The sunset on the balcony overlooking the beach, sea and mountains with a delicious drink in hand is pure relaxation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Clean and tidy accommodation, free parking on premises, supermarket close by. We will definitely repeat.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Our second time here in 8 months, it’s a great Airbnb. Very good price and we loved the addition of the ceiling fans since we last stayed!

We spent a lovely week at Al Andalus Hill - the small complex is beautifully kept and the apartment has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Magnificent apartment in Carboneras. Very spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is wonderful, with good views of Carboneras and the sea. It's in a quiet area, but at the same time, close to downtown Carboneras, and just a three-minute walk from a Mercadona. Finally, it has a very good parking space in the same building. In short, 100% recommended.

Very good stay, accommodation matches the photos and very clean. Private parking is a plus and the pool at the foot of the apartment is great for both children and adults. Sandrine is very responsive, and Octavia who gave us the keys was responsive and available. Very good stay and great hosts! I recommend ++ Thanks Sandrine.

Tim was very friendly, he didn't put any problems to adapt to the departure and entry times we need. The house is very, very nicely equipped. He left us water, toilet paper, beach towels, paintings and notebook for the girl...nothing was missing. Many thanks for everything Tim!!!!

Everything was perfect. As described. Large, quiet, in a spectacular village with everything to disconnect and enjoy the most beautiful park in the world with the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Super tips from the owners for restaurants and other things. You can come with your eyes closed.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication in the build up, then on arrival we were met by our host (or someone on the behalf, I’m not sure), they talked us through the whole place with great instructions and advice then left us to it. A clean and tidy villa, bathrooms where immaculate. A lovely peaceful setting but just a minute away from bars and restaurants and a beautiful sea front. We didn’t use the pool (it was January) but I was open and being maintained, ie cleaned and checked. It’s a very safe and secure setting. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even nicer. Would absolutely recommend. Something to be aware of is the approach within the small complex is quite uneven due to a beautiful rocky walkway and there are four steps up to the property, just to be mindful of you have elderly travellers, although our 87 year old managed several times a day! Beautiful stay.

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

Luigi was very kind and attentive. The accommodation matched the description. Clean, tidy and with everything you need. Beautiful and quiet area. Ideal to disconnect. An amazing beach a couple of minutes walk away.

Penthouse apartment was very accessible and had panoramic views from Terrace. Location is only a 2 minute walk from central plaza - Plaza Neuva. Terrace was an excellent space to relax in, but definitely could benefit from some form of shading being erected over part of it. Lounge/dining area - large and airy. Lighting however is inadequate over dining area and for reading in. Kitchen is well equipped, though provision of a mop and bucket would have come in handy. We had a very relaxing 7 weeks and could not have asked for better communication and hosting. Hope to return next year.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. I had a fantastic vacation the apartment as described and very clean. That I can say about Meri the best of the best gave us a lot of places to look out for us at all times a lovely person we go that because of the times I talk to her about wasa and phone I took her even fond. The apartment was very nice, clean and with the amenities advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

We went as 2 adults with 2 10-year-old girls and the truth is that we were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few quiet days and was quite clean. We enjoyed the pool and common areas, and we slept quite well. Overall, we had a great time. Maria was very friendly and explained everything very well. Although the area is a bit secluded, it has easy access to the town of Vera and supermarkets. We will definitely be back!!!
