We stayed at Ashley’s while in town for a baseball tournament, the house was perfect for everyone. The adults enjoyed having meals together and chatting while playing some pool and darts while the children enjoyed the foosball table and the movie theater. We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends!

This is such an awesome place, quiet location, peaceful. Very cool interior. Creative and felt right at home. Lots of bird action outside in all different colors. Other animals showed up on the property like wild turkeys, rabbit, deer… 15 min drive to town if needed. Spent our 33rd anniversary here and it was what we needed. Centrally located in the state of KY so it was good drive in different directions each day for bourbon in Bardstown, live bluegrass in Rosine, caves near Cave City and local hiking - so much fun at this great home or outside doing things.

The modern kitchen features white cabinetry with sleek hardware, stainless steel appliances, and a subtle backsplash. A large window allows natural light to brighten the space, while wood flooring adds warmth. Ample counter space is available for meal preparation and cooking.

We love it! It is the best AirBNB we have stayed at. When we arrived, they had everything for s’mores and hotdogs there for us! Very nice! They supplied so much! Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking pans and utensils, spices, foods, games, both inside and outside, sunscreen, bug spray, lighters for the fire, firewood, bikes, shampoos, soaps…. The list is endless!! The pool was great! Huge! We spent a lot of time swimming. Pool house was amazing! We fished nearly everyday in the pond. Caught some big fish. It was only 10 miles from Lincoln’s Birthplace. Everything we wanted to do down there was within 45 minute drive. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but was tolerable since everything else was so fantastic!

This place was a wonderful home to recuperate after having reconstructive ankle surgery. My grandchildren could visit and play in the private backyard without worry or distractions. The home was immaculate and Tyler was very responsive. My grandchildren want me to stay there again!

My family loved this house. Very clean and the house and grounds are beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us to visit together in the kitchen/ living room open area. The showers were great! This beautiful historic, fully updated home was located in the heart of Hodgenville, KY. We were able to walk to great restaurants, museum, shopping and coffee. The home was spotless, full of lots of amenities , including enough toilet paper, extra pillows, blankets and coffee pods. Our fabulous host of this property stayed in touch with us, she was responsive and communicative throughout out stay. Our host thought of everything, and we had one of the best Airbnb experiences ever. So looking forward to our next stay at the "The Abraham".

We didn't want to leave. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and just overall awesome. so many movies to pick from during our downtime. Comfy couches to relax on. Slept great in the beds. As soon as I walked in to the air bnb I was impressed! I told my husband I would actually live in it full time lol! Everything was neat, and tidy. I loved that there were purifiers and amenities that I wouldn’t even think of. In unit laundry that i actually needed to dewrinkle a shirt. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower is very nice, and it was pretty quiet! Really enjoyed staying here and if we end up coming back down for the bourbon trail we will definitely book again!
