The place is exactly like advertised! Perfect for a couple, with enough space to put luggages and other belongings. It’s very close to the beach, cafe, restaurants and bus stop. There’s a direct bus stop to go to the airport (no.425) Really good value for money.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

Home away from home in a super cozy apartment . It is very evident that our host prepared the apartment in a way he likes to stay in his travels . It takes a generous host to receive as such with his main concern to the comfort of the tenants and leaving an eternal effect on . Highly recommended

We had a great time in this apartment - we had visited and stayed in another apartment in the block on many occasions before and when this was sold we were delighted to find another in the same complex but nervous that it would be lacking. It wasn't it was perfect and we had a fabulous holiday. Cecilia was attentive, responsive (and patient with all my requests!) We would definitely recommend - 2 of us stayed, adult and teenager - so we used both the main bedroom and sofa bed - managed to get a great nights sleep in both despite the high 30 degree temperatures. We will definitely be going back! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The communication between the host was excellent, It’s very close to a lovely beach . The apartment is good size with a big balcony. Maybe good idea to have some simple amenities in the bathroom like shampoo and body wash. But hair dry was really useful there.

Very good place and they’re very clean the place of the apartment are very good in the middle of Larnaca and 550 meters from the sea. The owner is very good man answer and give us a solution. We are very appreciate what the owner do for us. I recommend you to go and visit this place.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

Great communication and great place to stay

The house was as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, tidy, and everything that might be needed was thought of. You will feel like at home. The location within the site is very good. You can leave the house and access the pool in a few steps. In terms of location, we can say that it has the best location to stay in İskele. Within walking distance to the market, bakery, sea, amusement park, many restaurants and the Pier walking path. We were very pleased with the host's attention and everything in general. This house will be our first choice for all our holidays in İskele 😊

Our stay in Cyprus was very pleasant and we were lucky to find a very functional, pleasant, clean studio. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Every time we asked the owner questions, she always answered us immediately. It was great. Only small downside: a few power outages during the week and especially the day of our departure: 10 floors to go down with the luggage!!!! We're not 20 anymore!!!!😂 But it wasn't insurmountable! We recommend this nice studio to all our acquaintances and hope to return there too in a while. Airbnb asks for these choices 5 stars, I give 10 stars!!!! This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very lucky with this choice.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.

The site where the house is located is a quiet, peaceful and clean site. There is no parking problem. We rented a car. Thanks to Ms. Demet's directions in place and on time before entering the house, we easily reached the house, we entered and settled in as easily as our own house. We easily reached the beach from the house. The location of the house is close to the market and the bazaar. There is an incredible peace in the house, everything is clean and in place. There was everything we needed. It was great to wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains and the pool. When I come to Cyprus, I will stay at Ms. Demet's house again. She is a friendly, helpful and doing her best host. We were very happy that she was always ready to help when we needed it. We are pleased to know her, thank you for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

Costa's accommodation was very suitable for small children families. The house was spacious, fresh, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Everything we needed was in the house. The pool was close. We are very satisfied and the accommodation was affordable. We come here more times.

Our host was a really great person. It was a great convenience for my family that he personally met us at the airport. It was very valuable for us to receive such support, especially when traveling with our small child. When we got home, she greeted us with homemade treats: sweet and savory cakes, fresh lemonade… All were delicious and carefully prepared. He also left us many kitchen ingredients such as fresh lemons, olive oil, potatoes, onions, etc. that he picked from his garden. These are small but very fine details, and they made us very happy. Everything we might need in the house was considered. Cleaning supplies, detergents, beach towels, water toys… There was even a powerful vacuum cleaner at home. Everything was spotless and extremely tidy. The house was within walking distance to the sea, the market was just upstairs. It is located in a quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. We thank our host very much for his sincerity, hospitality and thoughtful consideration. We give 5 stars with peace of mind!
