Great place to stay, convenient location - 3 minutes to the sea. Shops are a few steps away. the host is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and fresh. All necessary items are available: dishes, towels, bed linen. All issues that arose before the trip and check-in were resolved easily and quickly. Definitely recommend it! We'll come back again! Thanks to the host for the timeliness and generosity! I recommend it!

We had a nice five-day vacation here. Definitely a place that meets the price-performance ratio perfectly. Not exactly on the beach but walking distance to public beach. Since we came by car, I can't say anything about public transportation facilities, but the location of the house allowed us to visit the ancient city of Salamis, the church of St. Barnabas and the Closed Maras thoroughly. There was a pool, market, pharmacy, cafe-bakery and a bar on the site, we found it quite sufficient for our general needs. We had no problems working remotely, the internet was very fast. Mr. Tayanç is also a helpful person who communicates quite easily, made us feel comfortable and safe. We thank him.

Fahiyre's place is an immaculate, modern apartment, just a 15 minute walk from the picturesque old harbour. Fahiyre lives nearby and was friendly and welcoming. A huge plus is the free and easy parking underneath the apartment block. This is ideal for anyone arriving by rental car, as parking closer to the harbour would be very difficult.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Very nice house, big shower, there is a washing mashine and planty towels in the cupboards. Additional blankets were very handy as it was still a bit chilly in the evenings and we used them, sitting outside. There is a woodburner in the house, so one night we even used it. I guess it's very nice for those guests who visit Paraskevas in winter. In overal, lovely place, a bit remote but very nice.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

Amazing, Amazing host and facility. Hats off to Andy and his incredible hospitality. i would highly recommend and will certainly be back. beautiful space, amenities and location. Central to everything important for someone who is travelling.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

Our stay at Gökmen’s place was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and along the way, we would pass by basketball and soccer fields, which made the walks even more enjoyable. The island felt very safe, and the people were extremely friendly. Gökmen was an honest and kind host, always available if we needed anything. We also loved that the place was close to a lively street full of shops and events, just about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we even attended a local festival with free painting activities and a live concert, which made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

As a germaphobe, I really appreciated how squeaky clean the apartment was. The stay was amazing. So peaceful and lovely, and Dündar was always so responsive and helpful every step of the way . Definitely a must to come back to.
