Private suite vacation rentals in Larimer County

This was one of the best places I’ve ever been , very neat, everything was amazing and that we spend a really calm weekend there to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, thank you for everything!

This little apartment is INCREDIBLE especially for the price. It was spotless but still homey, very private but still very close to everything fun on Fort Collins. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Would give six stars if I could!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The view from the patio is gorgeous and felt very private. We loved using the fire table. This is the most well-stocked AirBnb I have ever stayed in, they thought of everything. The bed was amazing, everyone slept really well. I highly recommend this place for families. Lots of books and games for kids. And the best part is it was CLEAN and not run down. The carpet and furniture are new. You won't regret booking this beautiful home!

Exactly what we needed to visit family in Loveland! Very clean instructions to get inside. Felt very private even though it was someone’s home. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Did not lack in supplies/toiletries.

Lovely basement suite in a nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. Lots to do within walking distance and incredible biking trails. It’s an old house so there’s a bit of squeaking when people upstairs are walking around, but an absolutely charming place. We’d love to stay again.

Had a really great stay with family here and were able to relax without any worries about accomodations or location for the five of us. Great Coloradan hospitality!

This is a beautiful little basement addition to the owner's main home. It was stocked with everything we needed, including microwave, dishwasher, W/D, two bedrooms, lots of cups, plates, utensils, etc. They have optimized every single square inch of space in this cute little area. The place was also spotless and sanitized when we arrived. The owners were very friendly and responsive to all our needs.

I've stayed in many airbnbs and have to say that my stay at Christine's place was one of the best. The place is cozy, bigger than expected, and clean, and Christine went above and beyond providing some snacks, coffee and tea that was a lovely gesture. I would recommend having a car since the place is far from Old Town, but there are restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Christine's place!

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Our family of four had a good stay. The location was very easy to find, not far to downtown and near a supermarket. Even though it’s on a main street we didn’t notice any noise. Jill was quick to respond to our questions and check in was easy. Everything inside was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Beds were comfy. The layout of the space is a little quirky but it worked fine for us. We had everything we needed.

We had a short and sweet, fun, relaxing stay. Ran the Horsetooth Falls trail, rented a paddle board from the hosts, and soaked under the stars in the hottub. I highly recommend 😎🤙

Matthew was wonderful; we reserved the Airbnb three hours before our arrival. He was quite accommodating and readily available. The home was charming, with soft blankets and all the essentials. It boasted a lovely view and a wraparound deck. It was very tranquil and serene. I would certainly rent it again. It's an excellent home for photography, especially during a blood moon, aurora borealis, or meteor shower.

Schoolhouse? More like cool-house! The space was fun and quirky, we enjoyed our time, and the amenities provided. The other half greatly appreciated the bathtub, I not so much as I may need to install one myself in the future....thanks for that lol If you're outside you may find a furry lil friend we have dubbed Sir McScruffles III, he'll join you on the playground and seems to appreciate scritches We would gladly return if we are in the area in the future

This is the most serene and lovely places I have ever stayed. The garden was heaven. The place was cute, cottage-feel, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly well maintained. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s a gorgeous space, and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Truly enjoyed our stay! House is in great location close to CSU and Old Town. Very cozy and updated. We had our dog with us and he was very comfortable too (we put his bed in the large bathroom). Would absolutely stay here again in a future visit in FoCo.

Wonderful little studio space! We came up for FOCOMX and it was very close to all of the venues and easy to get around! Would book again!

This was actually the perfect AirBnB. I cannot say enough good about it and have actually already recommended it to a friend. There was 4 adult in our party. It was so roomy. The huge couch?! So comfortable and nice. There were so many extra touches that made it all so special. A great TV with streaming services, books and games, dixie cups in the bathroom and hygiene items that you may forgotten. The kitchen was just a kitchenette, but the full fridge was a nice touch, as were the toaster oven, microwave and even a hot plate for additional cooking. It was stocked with basics and condiments. Shawn was a very welcoming host and provided lots of extra cozy blankets and bedding. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we enjoyed evening walks. We also enjoyed exploring the area and a quick trip to close-by Buc-ees! After we left, my SIL realized he'd left an item behind. Shawn was great to work with to make sure we got it back. I hope our travels bring us here again.

Lee was a great host! Everything was clean and how I expected with no surprises. Lee was super helpful with communication and making sure I was comfortable !

I would, and will, definitely stay here again. Great location, comfortable bed and lots of nice little things. Easy walk to Old Town, bakery, restaurants, etc.
