Private suite vacation rentals in Larimer County

This was one of the best places I’ve ever been , very neat, everything was amazing and that we spend a really calm weekend there to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, thank you for everything!

This apartment was central to all the activities we planned. Several good restaurants within 4 blocks. The bedroom was quiet, black out curtains ensured it was dark for sleeping, bed very comfortable. Kitchen had basics which served our breakfast and lunch needs. We are dinner out all nights. Will definitely stay again when we are back

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was perfect since it's so close to downtown Estes Park. We even had a few elk lounging right outside! Leah was a wonderful host - very accommodating with friendly, responsive communication. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Estes Park!

Lovely basement suite in a nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. Lots to do within walking distance and incredible biking trails. It’s an old house so there’s a bit of squeaking when people upstairs are walking around, but an absolutely charming place. We’d love to stay again.

Kari’s place was the perfect escape for my wife and I. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you have the benefit of a private suite and backyard all to yourself. The room was tastefully decorated and was very clean. The windows look out over the private backyard where we had a morning visit from a mother deer and two baby fawns. There were also numerous elk mothers and babies in the neighborhood. I recommend staying here when in Estes Park.

My husband and I had a great stay with Kendall and Dustin. Both hosts were great and the place was exactly as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we visited a nearby grocery store a few times along with some amazing ice cream and cookies nearby. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The towels in the bathroom may have been my favorite part! I like a firm bed so the bed was a little tricky for me as it is softer than I typically sleep on, but other than that the stay was perfect!

Greg and Andi are superb hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The unit where we stayed was spacious and well equipped. It included access to a private deck with hot tub. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable, including some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs, and other stores. We would gladly return in the future!

Lovely guest suite with ample space and easy access. Her landscaping is beautiful and coffee on the garden patio is a great way to start your morning. Christine is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Her fluffy aussie pups are also sweethearts!

Becky’s place was just what my family needed visiting Fort Collins for the week. She was very responsive and friendly. Big plus was that they were kid friendly. Had a provided pack and play, high chair, kid cups and plates, blocks to play with, as well as safety blocks on the plugs. Highly recommend!

Close to old town and located in an older established neighborhood

Thank you so much for an extremely comfortable and cozy stay, Elizabeth! Listen, when you’re out hiking all day, the last thing you want to do is come home to an uncomfortable bed and sheets! Can’t express that enough! 😅 The bed in this unit was probably more comfortable than my own, and the sheets were so soft! Absolutely loved the bedding, it reminded me of those soft “cloud beds” that you just sink into. There were also plenty of cozy and clean blankets to keep you warm if you need it. The adjustable heating was a bonus! The entire unit was squeaky clean, from the bedroom to the living room, bathroom and kitchenette. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when showering - an issue we’ve had staying in other places. And the hot tub was a massive bonus! We used it in the morning before hiking, and then again later in the evening to wind down. Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back - thank you so much once again!

Absolutely stunning location, the views are breathtaking. Neighborhood turkey and deer were great to see. Very comfortable place to stay, everything you could need was available. By far our favorite stay.

The downstairs apartment was very cozy and had everything I needed. I was there for a wedding at the Tapestry House, and Alyssa's driveway was no more than 20 feet from their driveway. Incredibly convenient!

Super cute and clean 1 bedroom that was central to everything in Fort Collins and short walk to Old Town.

Very good place to stay. This place isn’t totally silent as I could hear normal daily sounds like snoring and dog barks - but these made me feel at home. If you need total quiet I wouldn’t pick this but for me it was perfect for a quick business trip.

Staying here was absolutely delightful and so worth the long drive from New Mexico. The hot tub was a a perfect detail and the outdoors area was beautiful. The home itself felt very welcoming and we appreciated how attentive Linda was. The cherry on top of our stay would be the friendly visits from the dogs. Would absolutely recommend booking this place.

We enjoyed staying at Jessica's place for our quick weekend trip. I truly wish we could've stayed longer. Our itinerary kept us off the mountain for a vast majority of our time, but we could have easily spent hours - if not a full day - enjoying the peace and serenity offered at this beautiful home. It was a perfect little spot for my wife and I to stay.
