We had an amazing time in Hostelería's place. it was as beautiful as shown in the pictures with stunning views. it's a perfect place for nature lovers and for a peaceful holiday. Our host was very friendly despite having language barrier, he was very helpful. He even got us food and was happy to bring whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday.

Highly recommended. We spent two nights, a group of 8 friends. The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated, and has all the details. We were very comfortable, looking forward to repeating.

The house is perfect for groups, very spacious and with everything you need to spend a few days. It is also close to many towns and beautiful routes. 100% recommended.

We stayed at the house for a few days and had a great time. Veronica was very helpful and was always available to us. The accommodation is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Totally recommended!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. The house is wonderful. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Excellent location. Ideal for activities and excursions. For large groups it is very comfortable.

the "Casa del abuelo" is located in the heart of Cantabria in a green setting with all the necessary amenities. For our group of 9 people with children, it had enough rooms and a beautiful view. In the heart of nature and less than an hour from the famous cabarceno animal park; the different caves in the region, and the most beautiful beaches in the region ( La Salvé de Laredo, El Sardinero de Santander,... ) With a strong identity, Ana has provided all the documentation of interesting places in the area. We have books and board games in abundance. In this cottage, you can enjoy the scenery and walk or drive to tourist places: Castro urduales, san vicente de la barquera,... On the other hand , a car is absolutely necessary.

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! A house with a lot of character with a nice garden next to a small river . Close to Liérganes and driving distance to the beaches and Santander. Marta is a welcoming and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

The house is spectacular and true to the description offered in the listing. Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days. Good cleanliness. Super nice and quiet environment. Daniel was super attentive to us and was very kind. He accompanied us at night to the accommodation. Definitely a must-repeat!!!

The accommodation was in a nice area, with a great view of Santander and the bay, and very quiet. The location is very good to visit Cantabria, we went with a dog and a baby and it was very comfortable to move and visit things. On the other hand, Dany and she is very friendly and pleasant and was always attentive to if we needed anything, being very fluid communication.

if you want to disconnect from everything surrounded by nature this is the perfect place, everything is better than good ,we were super comfortable the house a pass of pretty and everything is great, thank you emelina for letting us have an amazing weekend.

The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including a welcome gift that we greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with a magnificent garden to enjoy together. We loved the village. 100% recommended!!

We spent a few days at Esmeralda's place and it couldn't have been better. The house is great, with everything you need; the location is perfect: surrounded by fields and cows; and well connected. Esmeralda was super attentive to what we might need; and her parents were lovely. Together they made our stay, some unbeatable days. Our children were delighted: they were allowed to bottle-feed the calves and with the whole field available they had a great time. Upon arrival they had left several sweets in the house for the children and us; and they gave us eggs from their chickens and fresh milk every morning. 100% recommended. We will definitely be back. Of those places and people worth knowing.

This charming studio cabin is situated in the foothills of Cambria . Beaches are really close by 10 - 25 minutes , great to explore the coastline especially east of Santander . Nice restaurants by the coast but we found the best restaurant serving high quality Spanish food just down the road in Suesa called « bonabo » so friendly , but the homemade food was just so good. The cabin is basic but well situated. Shower and toilet very small. The garden surrounding is excellent for dogs, there are animals in the fields surrounding the cabin, our dog wasn’t worried about them and didn’t worry them. A lovely little place to go.

An idyllic place to rest and enjoy the most authentic Cantabria. Horses and cows free graze on nearby lands. The views from the terrace are what it takes to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. Great for going with friends, as long as you're looking for tranquility. Conchi has been very attentive from the first moment. To repeat!!

We have traveled my wife and I with our dog. Severiana has been of a charm and has helped us with everything we needed. Ubiarco is a beautiful village close to the coast, the house is beautiful and set with very good taste. 100% recommended, don't miss the chance to stay here. Severiana, we will be back!

The house is beautiful and cozy. The perfect garden, our dog I enjoy it even more than we do. The site is quiet with a shop and bar very few meters away and a supermarket at the entrance of Ontoria. Lots of walking and river areas. PERFECT, we will definitely be back.

We were a group of 10 people and it was unbeatable. Both the house, the neighborhood and the surroundings are perfect to spend a few days and get away from the noise of the cities. Very good directions to get there. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Perfect communication with Veronica who helped us with everything we needed, it's very much appreciated. In short, we'll be back without thinking twice!
