Flawless accommodation! I recommend it without problem. Excellent description for an independent arrival. Be careful with parking, not necessarily easy to maneuver. 😉

We stayed there in the winter to celebrate New Year's Eve with the family. The large play room was great for the kids who played little outside. The house is well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. We enjoy spending time in front of the stove. Get up in the morning with this view, it's magic! Only downside, but it's inherent to the old house, the floors are noisy and the walls and floors are very thin. You can hear everything.

"Les cabanes des Aresquiers" is an atypical quiet and relaxing place. We were hosted very well by Maxime. We particularly enjoyed the small terrace by the pond with, in the evening, its flamingos. In short, a very good stay with friends.

Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. Ideal property as a base for our cycling touring in the area with secure storage for bikes and great facilities, perfect for self catering, spotlessly clean, felt very at home.

Alexandra communicates upstream to ensure a smooth check-in, with photos to "guide" you very easily through the residence. The accommodation was impeccably clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). The apartment is well-equipped, access to the Leucate pond is immediate. No complaints.

The house is very well located by the lake with direct access. It has everything you need and it's very peaceful. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

A very nice and cozy place. We have been there for a long weekend and we have been enjoying the view and the lagoon in front of us. A very good communication between us and a friendly host. We recommend that nice Haus.

Laurent's apartment was perfect for 4 people for a week. Everything has been tastefully refurbished with quality products, which is rare in a ski resort. The location is ideal, 2 steps from the center, the free shuttle passes at the entrance of the residence, which avoids taking the car or walking with ski equipment. There's even a garage available if needed. We'd love to rent again.

A nice house in a nice location. The surroundings are really magnificent. Beautiful walks made by the lake. The house is perfectly decorated. The bed slept wonderfully. Highly recommended if you like peace and privacy.

The accommodation is very well located, on the waterfront, and a few meters from the beach. The space was clean and has everything you need to have a great time, whether alone or with others. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to come back! Communication with Sebastien was great!

Great location: Isabelle is adorable, the mobile home is very clean and in a good location, very quiet place at the entrance to Caramany which is well worth the detour. I highly recommend it.

I will always remember this very special time at Maison Magnifique. The land, the home, the quietude of the natural surroundings...it all filled my soul and brought me such joy and peace. Guillaume was an incredible host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was having to leave! We've been a group of friends and it was a perfect getaway to unwind, hike in the area. It is not close to the village. Unplugged but there is coverage and wifi. The house is a dream. Clean, tidy, and with privileged views. Damià helped us from the very first moment in everything: he recommended excursions and gave us details of the house. She also had no inconvenience in our arrival time and departure. An ideal weekend.

We had the opportunity to enjoy the family shop of skincare products based on organic essential oils, where the welcome and advice were informative and very friendly.

Family stay in a peaceful environment, nearby village heart and friendly atmosphere on the large square. Pleasant house, well equipped and well kept. Julie was always attentive. We recommend it without reservations.
