Nice place, good location

We spent a few days with the family in this apartment. Very well arranged, we felt very comfortable in this place with our 13 and 15 year olds. It is in a great location for walking around Montpellier.

This is a truly magical and enchanting Airbnb and we can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s filled with an array of antiques and charming details that transport you to a different time, making every corner a delightful discovery. The garden is an absolute oasis—an unbelievable space that feels like a hidden paradise. With lush greenery, incredible pool, and cozy nooks to relax in. Xavier has a remarkable eye for detail and has poured his heart into both the house and the garden. His warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more special. Goult itself is a gem of a village, perfectly situated for exploring the rest of Provence. We loved the authentic small-town vibe, with almost no other tourists and a genuine French atmosphere. The easy access to the surrounding villages made it an ideal base for our adventures. Parking was a breeze and free. we had a lovely time at Joaquim's home! the place was even more beautiful than the photos depict, and had everything we needed. we had some issues with the hot water while visiting but the host was helpful in checking with the water company.

Its a great place to spend one’s vacation. But i would like to suggest him to upgrade kitchen equipment little bit more. Otherwise it was an excellent place, good location and walkable from central point of touristic places.

We were welcomed with lots of information. Marine gave tips about places to eat nearby. Not just a list of what is near, but rather recommendations and opinions - very helpful. The house was clean, with lots of things to make life easy (kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher) and a generous provision of basics for cooking (oils, stocks, seasoning) We found the tv box temperamental but it didn’t matter for us because we had an iPad and our children preferred to be in the hot tub anyway (which was lovely and warm - it was a really big hit with the kids). When we encountered a minor issue with the boiler, Marine could not have been more helpful and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Our older son enjoyed having the top bedroom to himself - great for older children because of the narrow steps at the top floor. Our younger two liked their twin bedroom and loved the mezzanine ‘den’ - perfect for reading/puzzle time. We would recommend a stay in this house. Five stars.
