Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

Overnight cottage

Cozy and well-maintained 15 m2 camping cabin with kitchenette and 4 beds. The cabin is located in a small cabin town with about 60 meters for shower and toilet facilities. At Emmerbølle Camping there are plenty of playgrounds, swimming pools and ball courts. At the same time, there is peace and quiet to get in full swing. The campsite is beautifully situated with its own beach and a wealth of cycling and hiking opportunities. In the campgrounds, there is also a shop with the possibility of buying breakfast, ice cream, etc.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

In the apartment in Nowhuset, you will have access to a large living room with recliners, sofa, TV and workspace for two and a bedroom with a wide double bed (can be separated into two single beds). In addition, your own tiptop-modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher, as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have for yourself - plus access to a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to 2 small terraces.
