Loved staying here! Quiet, private & relaxing. Only a short drive into Two Rocks & Yanchep. Beds were comfortable & we had everything that we needed.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Each bedroom was immaculately presented and the master was delightfully spacious and luxurious with its open plan bathroom and 75” UHD TV viewable from both the bath tub and the bed. Up stairs in the evening we really enjoyed having a beverage and enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Downstairs the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spacious grass areas to play on. They also have a dart board and various board games which provided many hysterics thanks to cards against humanity family edition! The kitchen and BBQ areas allowed for easy meals at the most amazing single piece natural edge wood dining table. Plenty of fridge space with the bonus ice maker in the freezer Once the kids were off to bed we would retire to the home theatre room to enjoy the massive screen with access to Netflix. This place had one of the best internet connections I’ve had anywhere, which was greatly appreciated as phone reception can be sparse.

Great stay, had everything we needed for a weekend at ledge point. Very convenient to be able to utilise the facilities of the caravan park and it was walkable to the local shop and beach

Great, quiet complex right on the beach

Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa. The kids loved playing table tennis and board games when out of the water and there was so much to do. At the end of the day, we loved watching the sun set over the ocean from the balcony. I will be highly recommending Sovereign House to friends and family and feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home so close to beach. I have to say, it was better than a weekend at the Crown as it was beachfront, we had an indoor pool and spa and there was so much more to keep the kids entertained. Thanks again, Jas

Wonderful house, would definitely stay again. Heaps of space, loads of ammenities, really well supplied with everything you need and lovely beach views. We loved it.

A wonderful place to stay while we worked nearby. Plenty of room and spotlessly clean and tidy.

We were two adults and four young children twelve and under. The bunk beds were fine and there was enough space for everyone in the rest of the house but a bit tight. Would be easier in summer when one can sit outside on the verandah. All appliances were new and all worked well. The hot water was 'hot'. Maybe five minute walk to walkway down to the beach and ten minutes total to beach near river mouth. Couple of minutes drive to free carpark with stairway down to beach and river mouth. Overall the kids had a great time playing on the beach and kayaking.

Guilderton stay was very welcoming with all you needed. Happy to find a Nespresso machine & milk froth too for our morning coffee. Just not private in the kitchen whilst cooking because no blinds. A walk away from Guilderton foreshore, the golf club, skate park , tennis court etc. Great location. Moore River was spectacular to see , beautiful scenery. From Jenny & Travis :)

Loved our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family and having our dog stay in the big backyard was wonderful! Plenty of kitchen items and beds were comfy! Beach was nearby.. walking distance. House was warm and balcony was fab with the pull down blinds to shelter from the wind. Would stay again.

Second time staying here and happy as always. Highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Lancelin. Bec is a great host!

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Cottage and garden are beautifully presented. Tranquil setting and close to the beach. The ideal beach cottage!

Nice and quiet felt like home, beautiful location

Our group of 4 adults and 4 children had an amazing stay at Grace’s house over the New Year period. The house was exactly as described, opposite a park and a short walking distance to local shops and the tavern!! The entertaining area was fantastic and we would 100% return again!

Alison is a great host and her home is well kept. Her small welcoming gestures include welcome chocolates was heartwarming. Thank you for hosting us.

We had amaging winter nights. Firepit and roasted marshmallows were best part of our family stay

Had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again. The variety of comfortable social spaces, outside, living area and TV area was a highlight, as was the location close to Supermarkets and a Dan Murphy's. We only used the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms don't have in room air-conditioning, though the living area would comfortably cool the rooms if the doors were open. It wasn't a consideration for me, but something to be aware of for families at the hight of summer.

This was our second stay at Vince's place. A great well equipped house. Perfectly suitable for four adults and 4 teenage kids. Close to beach and amenities. Would be keen to stay again on our next trip to Guilderton.
