Our very popular 400 years old farmhouse has many modern features, including slate floors, wood burning stove, central heating, powerful shower etc. All rooms have character with wonky walls and oak beams. There are two beautiful private mature gardens with two large monkey puzzle trees .Patios with chairs and tables for bbq and sunbathing. Plenty of room for children to play. There are many wonderful walks available straight from our front door.

The fully-insulated, self-catering yurt has a wood burner, full-sized double bed and fairy lights lining the walls for an atmospheric, relaxing stay. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.
