Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lamai

Booked this for a group of 9 people to stay for 3 nights, it was absolutely amazing. We had a big area all to ourselves, when we arrived there were two lovely ladies who met us and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole house showed us all rooms and bathrooms and made us feel at home. It is definitely more than enough for 9 people, the pool area is great for relaxing and it looks out over the garden, very peaceful. Everyone loved the place, would definitely stay again

I stayed with my husband and two children in the 5 villa for 5 days and we were very happy. The house is exactly as pictured and described: spacious, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the pool and a beautiful beach. The sea in front of the building is low and rocky but walking a few meters there is a sand area for a simpler entrance into the water. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning useful during the night hours. A few minutes away on foot there are a couple of great restaurants, while the first supermarket is a 15-minute walk away but with Grab you can get around the island very well. Renate was very helpful in providing us with local directions and contacts in addition to arranging the service to and from the airport with a trusted driver (cheap compared to Grab). Overall a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay get very much. Francois and Bam were helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. The villa was very well equipped if you choose to eat in, and there is also a BBQ. Pool clean and very large, lots of space to relax, with a lot of welcome shaded areas. Location remote as stated in listing, however, we had a motorcycle as advised so not an issue for us. For those not wishing to rent a scooter I would recommend using the GRAB app for taxis. There is a very small tradition Thai restaurant 3 minutes walk, limited menu, and closes at 8pm - we used this once and food was delicious. We also used a little shop just past the entrance to the restaurant where you can pick up snacks, soft drinks, beer and water . The owners are a lovely little old couple who enthusiastically greeted us each time we went drove by.

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

I couldnt say enough nice things about the Villa. The Villa was clean and had everything needed to make one comfortable. The Host was very nice and more than accommodating. The space was cleaned on the 4th night, which was included with the stay and was much appreciated. The Villa is located within the small local neighborhood within Bo Put. My only complaint would be the unfinished, rocky/sandy road that leads to the villa. You must be cautious as it is very easy to fall on your scooter, as i did.

It was a fair price for the accommodation. It’s a wonderful experience. The price paid fits the experience.

We had the best experience staying in villa Matisse as a group of 5. The villa is set away from the main road on a private estate , which is peaceful and secure. Our expectations were well and truly met from the airport pick up to drop off . Aoo the villa manger was very responsive and so helpful, and no request was a problem We had massages in the villa which was a luxurious touch

Great villa and best host in Koh samui! Very much recommended

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa, which was perfect for our group of 12. The location was excellent—just a few minutes by scooter to lively Chaweng, a great night market, and several supermarkets. The villa itself was a dream, with a breathtaking view that made every moment special. What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff, especially Pui and her team. The villa was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping, and the staff was on-site every day and available 24/7 for anything we needed. We weren’t always the easiest group, but they fulfilled every request immediately and always with a warm smile. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The place has peaceful and healing energy. The sauna and cold baths were an amazing addition. This place has everything you need to feel comfortable and Den and Konstantin, the hosts, go above and beyond to make you feel at home and help you with anything you may need. Highly recommend.

The villa has amazing views and the host is very helpful and kind. We had an unforeseen change of plans and the host was very accommodative. The host goes out of the way to help. The villa views are breathtaking.
