Super nice fully equipped apartment - ideal for family with 2 children. Very clean and great amenities. We will be happy to come back and visit the beautiful Eichsfeld.

I had a fantastic week in this beautiful House. It’s all in the details and this house has it all. Details are important like a complete kitchen and cozy and clean rooms. I really enjoyed the cuteness of the little village, with the lovely local eggs, honey and the fresh tasty tomatoes from Doris garden. There are like 10 houses in the village, so there is nothing more than peace and lovely Hills and Nature. A 10 minute ride and you have all the shops you need. Coming from a big city I really came to the rest I searched for. The hikes in the region called ‘Premiumwege’ were awesome. I am sure I will come back in the future! House is great and very well equipped. We felt at home. Only point of criticism: You would have to take off the beds and leave the house swept clean. When you pay for cleaning costs, this task should be in. Otherwise everything is great. We would love to rent the house again.

We are at Rosi's open flair every year. Arrival is always flexible, Rosi always has a solution. The apartment is super clean, you have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. You can easily get to the city by bike or as a longer walk. We can absolutely recommend staying at Rosi's place.

Cozy little house located right on the edge of the forest. Ulrike provided us with all the necessary information in advance and was always available for questions during the stay. All two and four-legged friends felt very comfortable and enjoyed the short break in the snow.

We found a very modern and first-class equipped apartment. It was very bright and absolutely quiet. A spacious terrace overlooking a lot of greenery has expanded the apartment. We would want to come again any time. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. You can park right outside the front door and safely park the bikes directly under the apartment.

A very great cozy cottage all to yourself, with all the amenities you need. I immediately felt at home and was already looking forward to coming back to the accommodation during the excursions. It is quiet and you can also explore the area on foot from there. Sights are many in the area, which can be reached by a short drive. Bed was extremely cozy. I slept like a baby 😄 The stairs up to the bedrooms were a bit steep for my dog (20kg). I had to carry it down. Tim was always easy to reach, very friendly and accommodating. Everything worked out wonderfully. I will definitely book the place again next year to continue exploring the area. Thank you 🙏

An absolute hit! Lovingly furnished loft, individual design, for people who like something special. Very well stocked inventory and sustainable. Great also in winter with the fireplace mood. Good air and nice quiet for sleeping. Ideal for our girls weekend with the two bedrooms. We really liked the wooded and slightly hilly surroundings. Thank you so much for the flowers, Kerstin!
