The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

We enjoyed our weekend stay! We were down for a wedding right at the lake, so it was very convenient for us to be so close. We enjoyed that we got to do an early check-in since we were arriving before our normal scheduled time. Kathryn was very responsive anytime we messaged her and pretty accommodating! We would stay here again, for sure.

The drive getting there is very scenic. The area is peaceful. It’s very cozy and was perfect for our family, two adults into a teenagers. I absolutely loved that the house was fully stocked. The host was very thoughtful to have everything I needed to make the kiddos Homemade waffles. They had all the ingredients, utensils and the waffle making machine. The layout of the kitchen and the living room is such that everyone can watch TV together no matter where you’re sitting. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The bathroom has everything you need Including make up wipes, which was great for my daughter and I. The deck outside is lovely with plenty of seating space. The highlight was definitely the following morning when we got to see all of the cattle and horses upfront. We got to watch the cattle come up to the property from the creek. The host is very responsive and I appreciated the quick review of the stay request and detailed information on how to get there.

Such a peaceful special place on the edge of beautiful Lake Whitney. Our family of 6 stayed here for a long weekend meeting some other family who was staying nearby. Perfect place to get together and enjoy breakfast before a day on the lake and then in the evening to unwind/relax. Coffee on the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit was serene and relaxing listened to the birds sing their morning songs as well as the lake glistening in the distance. The neighbors dog hung out with us and what a friendly well fed old gentleman he was. Our kids loved him and couldn’t wait to see him every morning and evening. Can’t wait to return again and make more memories enjoying such a peaceful relaxing lake side home. Thank you.

It was a nice Airbnb and exactly what we needed! Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! Sitting on the porch was very peaceful and relaxing watching all the birds. Charles was very informative about the area and stores/restaurants close by. Would love to stay here again for a longer trip!

We booked Cassie’s place last minute due to complications at another listing. She was very quick to get us booked and had us set up and ready to go within an hour or so. The house was wonderful and very peaceful. The house has plenty of amenities that met our needs and great views! I would definitely book this place again and I would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet while they are seeing what Waco, Texas has to offer.

Very cozy home nestled in a lakes side community, there’s a boat ramp just within walking distance . The master bedroom has an impressive surprise of a huge tiled walk down in shower. As well as a door that goes straight to the screened in porch I found more than convenient. The parking is plentiful, my team had three vehicles and an enclosed trailer . No issues with space at all there was room for more . You could easily have three full truck and boat rigs parked here maybe 4 . Best part for me was the security on the property, it has cameras all around it which made me feel secure about being there and my possessions being safe outside . I use air bnb on a monthly basis and this is most definitely a property I will use again when in the area . The host is extremely helpful and friendly , I highly recommend if you’re in the area. This spot was great for hosting a get together. The pool table, the deck, lake access, and a big yard all added to the experience. There was also sufficient kitchen supplies for cooking and a great BBQ. The house was clean and easy to access.

Barry is an awesome host. He has went above and beyond expectations. Played the guitar, sang and had a drummer and all at the campfire. So talented with many things as he's done all the building from ground up. Has the entire place with beautiful lighting to match. To top off the best structure is his added 4th floor scenic view of his place and the lake. Fort Parker is nearby for some history folks. What an awesome man and I look forward in coming back if the dates are available in 2026.

had a great stay. the cabin is cozy and clean and it was very easy to walk down to the lake! Saw deer everyday. I really loved that I could bring my dog and the hosts even left some little treats for her. thanks a ton!

Jimmie was a great host! He was very responsive and provided great instructions to the property. This stay was wonderful with plenty of amenities. Super clean home. Very peaceful environment. The hiking trails along the property was something unique and fun to do. The pond and land is very clean and we enjoyed fishing on the boat. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our experience and will be back!

Very communicative owner. Home was perfect for our need to have somewhere close to stay near relatives in Whitney TX. Highly recommend. Stay was during winter but we could imagine this being a fun summer location.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the screened in porch. We honestly did not think we would use it much, but it ended up being our favorite spot to hang out with a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. We are so glad we picked this place and would definitely stay here again.

Armando and his place were amazing! We’d stay there again because it truly felt like home away from home. He was helpful and responsive and the home was clean and cozy.

Some girlfriends and I (plus a baby) stayed here for one night. There was plenty of space for all of us (including a closet big enough for the pack-n-play), and the furnishings were comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed the peacefulness of being outside town, and convenience to Homestead Heritage and Cafe Homestead. Not a long drive to downtown Waco, either!

I booked last minute, it was close to the venue my son was getting married at. I wanted a space that would accommodate a large groomsmen group, and it was perfect! The pool and hot tub were fun, but we also enjoyed the large kitchen and game room. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. I was happy with our stay. Our bunch was kinda rowdy and hyped up About upcoming wedding and this space accommodated perfectly. We could be celebrate and enjoy the experience without being a problem.

Highly recommend staying here! We came in town for a softball tournament and it was perfect for a short drive to fields as well as just a very peaceful place to stay and awesome house.
