The location is great and close to the station, the only downside is that it's just been refurbished so the room smells a bit stuffy, but it gets better after the third night.👍

Very good value for what we paid; very clean and spacious. Close to the tram station and within walking distance to the ropeway. Great place to stay at for exploring Hakodate.

This was such a beautiful place to stay for our short trip to Hakodate! We really feel that everything that this place provided us with was well worth the value. It was located in an incredibly beautiful location, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. The host provided lovely recommendations as well! It was such a spacious accommodation and the futon and blankets were comfortable—we slept well! Thank you for being a great home base for our travels. :)
