Vacation rentals in Lake Trboje

Slovenia is a beautiful country. Our holiday was made absolutely perfect thanks to this wonderful accommodation and the incredibly friendly host. The property is located in a quiet area within Triglav National Park. We were a group of five people, a baby, and a dog. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Frances. Throughout our stay, she remained genuinely kind and attentive. Every day, we received fresh water and eggs delivered to our doorstep. The accommodation was preheated, bright, and very clean. Everything you need as basic amenities was provided. We would love to come back and continue exploring the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Best regards!

We had an excellent stay at Miha’s apartment. The location is very peaceful and a nice short walk into town. The spa and sauna were a great treat and the apartment was clean, cosy and relaxing. Would love to stay again!

The log cabin in the Alps has the most beautiful views. The cabin is very quaint and cosy. There is a log burner but I didn’t know how to light as very different from UK log burners and it wasn’t cold enough as Klemen said the log burners heats the cabin up for two days. The area is very remote in a little village, all village residents are very nice. The local shop has everything you need. It is a30 min drive to a restaurant and 1 hrs to a city centre. The city centre is worth a visit. Close to Lake Bled 1 hrs drive and 1 hr drive to Vintgar national park. Both worth visiting. Slovenia is a beautiful country. If you want to stay in a log cabin and enjoy the morning mountain air and views then this is your place to stay.

My girlfriend and I had a night here, it was very relaxing. I recommend not arriving in the dark because it can be difficult to find the right street to get to the house, but thanks to the help of the host we were able to reach the house in a short time. Very cozy and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and bedroom, it was also a pleasant surprise for us to find the projector in the room to watch the films and the massage chair. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment—very clean and spacious, and the wood stove is (as far as we saw while browsing listings) a pretty rare feature for Ljubljana Airbnbs that really added a lot to our November visit. The location couldn't be more central and convenient, so much so that we did something we never do on vacation in other cities, or at home—several times per day we would pop back upstairs to the apartment just to drop off some things we had picked up while out, grab a jacket, etc., just because we were passing by the apartment without really trying to. Since it's so central there can be some noise from the street at night (not a loud bar directly below or anything like that; just some drifting music, people talking while walking home, etc.) but the windows provide good soundproofing and late at night we were always able to open them up. After 2 nights here, we had to switch to a downtown hotel for a business function; we wished every day that we could have just stayed here the whole time.

No picture does this place justice. Opening up the curtains on the first morning, to be greeted by the most amazing views, was very special. The location is unbelievable, right on the lake with the walking path just behind it. The accomodation itself strikes the perfect balance between modernity and traditional Slovenian wooden architecture. Love that you jump straight on a kayak its own private jetty. The kitchen is well equipped and has all you need to self cater.

The host welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at ease right away. The apartment is nice, comfortable and very warm. The large and comfortable bed, the spacious bathroom, and the kitchen, even if small, is equipped with everything and very well organized. The bedroom has a view of the garden and the river that flows next to it and makes everything very nice and evocative. 30 minutes by car you can easily reach Lake Bled and the city of Ljubljana. Very useful information about the restaurants nearby and the various activities to do. Miha is definitely a very prepared and super welcoming host.
