We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

Really enjoyed my stay in this cozy apartment. Quite spacious, very high-quality renovation, you can see what they did with the soul. Chic furniture, many wardrobes and bedside tables, there is even a dressing room in the bedroom. Wonderful large table in the living room. The kitchen is amazing, there are a lot of cooking tools, beautiful dishes, lots of space. The apartment is perfectly heated in the cold season, there are even heated floors! The apartment has everything you need, including fast internet. The location is good, quite close to the center - 20 min walk or 5-10 min by taxi. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro station. Shops, pharmacies, etc. are within a walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, very quickly resolved all issues that arose. Would recommend! Hope to be back again!

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

As said by other reviwers, Eva is extremely friendly and proactive. She really cares about guests. Thank you so much for arranging to meet me and sending all useful tips, especially about the playground!

Nice and tidy apartment,so clean…kitchenware are at minimum requirements but ok.

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. Great , Just a great apartment in the smallest center of the city ! The location , you can't find it better - perfect. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, also literally a few steps away there are supermarkets, coffee shops, an exchanger, banks and a variety of shops, Very convenient and comfortable... The balcony has a beautiful view of the cathedral, there are also a couple of chairs, it's nice to sit in the evenings. The apartment itself is very clean and very cozy, it feels like home. Everything is available - from a microwave to washing powder, slippers , soap , toothbrushes paste , paper, comb, towel - Everything is available... There is oil, salt, tea, coffee all the necessary utensils - you can cook. In the bedroom is huge bed, comfortable sofa in the hall.( which opens ) Slept well, very quiet at night. TV with apps, you can watch YouTube, but the biggest plus is the host. Incredibly warm-hearted and helpful person to reach out to with any question and he is a duty

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Yerevan, and living in this flat was the best decision. Perfect location in the very center of Yerevan, and 10-15 minutes to Cascade. Great restaurant, grocery store and coffeeshop in the building. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for one week stay. It was clean. Large terrace with pleasant view. Check in and check out is smooth with clear instructions. Nice building with concierge. Alice was very friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit earlier. Totally recommended

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
