A beautiful, cute, and cozy home. It was our first family trip to Dallas. We were able to spend time with family in Dallas and try restaurants nearby. I like the proximity to the Centro of Dallas. The home was detailed oriented, the space was perfect for us and I loved how quick and helpful Alfredo communicated with me before and during the stay. I also really loved the friendly neighbors. I really recommend to stay at Alfredo's home.

I had a group staying with me at the house and it was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kitchen was so spacious we had plenty of room to cook for everyone! If you have a large family, this house is perfect for your stay. 10/10 would stay again!

Layne is a great hostess. She responded in a timely manner. She placed important framed informations and instructions at strategic locations in the home. Home has a bigger foot print (square footage) than photos can adequately show. Comfortable and very clean. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants.

Welcoming and communicative hosts for our month-long stay in dallas with our two young children. The location is convenient to get most places in dallas within 20min. Neighborhood felt safe. Enjoyed being near the white rock trail system as well!

Susan is a great host and her place was perfect for our stay in Royse City! The house is spacious, clean and well equipped - exactly as described and pictured. We loved the property! Our kids were able to explore and play games outside. We roasted marshmallows around the fire pit! Honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay during our week visiting friends and family in the Royse City area.

We came to town for a wedding. Daniel's place was perfect for us as a home base. We had a little time on Saturday before the wedding, and we played a game in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

The house matched the description and is in a nice area with plenty of stores, etc nearby. Sophia was responsive to issues and was accommodating to our needs. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and extras - cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen was made easy!

Our stay was excellent! My BFF’s and I had a wonderful relaxing staycation at this place! The house was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would want and need! The place was soo cozy and perfect for us! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool and outdoors because of the rain and cold but have agreed that we want to come back and stay once it’s warm!!! Loved it and would definitely recommend anyone to choose this Airbnb to stay at! Timothy was a great host!!’

This property was by far the best place i stayed in. Great location, really didn’t have to do much traveling to get around to our attractions we had planned. Place felt very much like home Mesh and Amy were so helpful. I would definitely be renting thru them next time i visit Dallas !!!

Wonderful stay! We got married in Westlake and stayed here the night before and day of the wedding. Spacious guesthouse, and the time we booked for the jacuzzi the night before was a wonderful way to relax. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Nicely furnished. We used the kitchen for a large breakfast and snacking the rest of the time. It can sleep 6 adults (3 BRs) and 4 kids (1(BR). We had 10 adults and 0 kids. The top bunk bed is not easy to get in and out past the age of 10. We had to utilize the couches in the 2 living rooms which were comfy but the one person in the room with uncovered floor to ceiling windows could not sleep past sunrise. Several people in our group were bummed when we learned that the hot tub (featured in the pictures) was not used as a hot tub. We were able to access the driveway and garage in the back of the house which helped most of the people in our party carry luggage and bags inside the house (the front walkway is as long as it looks in the pictures).

Had a great time staying here! Hosts are super responsive and give great recommendations.

This was our first Airbnb experience, it was perfect beyond belief! The pictures of the house truly didn’t do it justice…it was beautiful! Tiffany and Patrick were responsive and friendly. We felt like it was ours for the days we were there! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for our family in town visit. Only complaint is that the AC was off when we arrived and was 85 in the house because it was so hot outside. It took almost 4 hours to cool down. 😅 maybe request to have it on before you get there? not a huge deal, we loved it over all!

Super responsive host! Customer service was above and beyond. We had some concerns that were addressed quickly and helped make our stay so much nicer. While the amenities are humble the pictures are accurate and the neighborhood is not one I would recommend for being out and about just yet as it grows and changes. However, the place was perfectly comfortable and the hosts attentiveness would make me stay again. They really care about their guests and making their stay the best. The only other item to be aware of would be the driveway has a massive dip before crossing the gate. A high clearance vehicle (truck/SUV) won’t have an issue but a regular car/sedan may hear some scraping as you cross. Just something to keep in mind. For that value though this place is great!

Little musty smell at first smelled like it had been clean. Really thoroughly went away after a day or 2.

John was an amazing host! He was so accommodating and even brought over baseball equipment as extra entertainment for my son during our 11 day stay. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the bed was. Slept like a baby every night!
