Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Placid

Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

I absolutely loved my stay at this artsy bohemian place in downtown Sebring! It was a bit tricky to find my way to the room with the key pads, but once I settled in, it was amazing. The cozy atmosphere and unique décor made it one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. With shops, restaurants, and music all around, it was the perfect location for my high school reunion trip. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and funky stay in Sebring!

We loved this little apartment style Airbnb. Walkable distance to the downtown restaurant and bars. Very clean, all new and fresh linens and towels. If you need a dark room for sleeping bring your mask. The blinds don’t cancel out all the ambient light but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. I saw the reviews about the water temp but it wasn’t an issue for us. The water pressure was just lighter if you were using the sink and someone was in the shower, again not an issue for us. I loved the thoughtful coffee, sugar and mini creamers left for us. Very sweet!

My sister and I had a wonderful time enjoying your place. We even got to take a dip in the pool, which was so refreshing! Directions were super easy. Upon leaving, we did notice there were bugs covering the outdoor trash cans which looked like they hadn’t been emptied for a few weeks. Again, this was the outdoor trash bins only! We will certainly give your place a 5 star rating!!!

Short & sweet stay, would recommend for any future travelers!

This was our second stay at Mayra's place. We loved it the first time around so we just had to come back! The home is situated at the end of a lane in a very peaceful setting with a great view of the lake. The accommodations were perfect, with a king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. My husband again took full advantage of the kayaks on the premises, fishing every morning. Mayra is a superb host, very quick to respond, and very welcoming as well. Mayra's place is within a short distance of both Avon Park and Sebring and there is much to be found to do in the area, from yard sales, fairs, raceway, golfing, hiking, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed both our first and second extended stay at this home with Mayra as our host and look forward to returning next year.

If we could rate this gorgeous home more than a 5 we would! Really beautiful home and furnishings and everything you could ever need or want for this relaxing oasis!! We loved everything about it and the decor is really tasteful too. This home is stocked with anything you could imagine and the hosts were so communicative and friendly. They couldn’t have left better instructions too!

The stay was wonderful. We booked very last minute and the hosts were very accommodating even so. The home itself was secluded and very peaceful. We had a great time when we had time to swim. With the house being less than 15 minutes from nearly everything in town, it made things easy when we needed to go get food or anything else.

Dawn and her husband Greg were always very responsive to our needs when questions arose. Very nice house, location and neighborhood. Fun using the kayaks to explore the lakes. Really liked the back porch for sitting and enjoying the view of the lake and many varieties of birds and wildlife. Nice stay.

This is a great place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Set on a lake with beautiful views. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended as a peaceful place to rejuvinate!

Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of amazing! It’s truly a hidden gem, with breathtaking views that left us in awe. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and so well-kept. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The host provided clear instructions about the place, along with a brief history of the cottage, which made the stay even more special. I loved the thoughtful book with recommendations on dining and activities in the area, helping us discover some great local spots. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the games available for fun evenings. A huge highlight was the host's generosity in providing chilled wine and snacks for us, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the future. This place was perfect in every way!

The house was wonderful! It truly was! Just know that if you want the hot tub to make the water temperature in the pool Bearable, you have to pay extra. I guess I assumed the hot tub was part of it, which could easily have been my misunderstanding. However, it seems like it should have just been part of the rental … in which case I would then have given it a 5 star review for value

Beautiful place to stay! Loved the decor, clean, comfortable bed, the backyard was amazing (our dogs loved it)! The sunsets were perfect. Great place to relax and unwind by the lake. Highly recommend 👌

I stood at Lori’s place while visiting family nearby. It was very easy to find and once I entered, everything was clean and everything was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful. I didn’t get to utilize either of the pool areas, but the community clearly takes care of the amenities. Lori’s instructions were also easy to follow. I felt at home as soon as I stepped through the door.

We were in town for a wedding, and the ceremony was just down the road, so location was great. Trevor responded to questions quickly and was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with good sheets.

I stayed here for an event at the Sebring International Raceway, and it couldn’t have been more convenient! will book again next year

I was a little hesitant to book here i have never stayed in a trailer but i must say this place was beautiful,peaceful quiet and spacious. The inside and out was designed beautifully. I would def stay again the response time was very fast and friendly i didn’t stay long literally about 1hr only had time to shower and had to go but i would def book here again. They had tabletop game options as well i loved it thank you for opening your home to me

Great place to stay for the Lake Placid/ Sebring area. The kitchen was well equipped and couch was very comfortable. This place felt like home.
