Vacation rentals in Lake Palestine

This was a great place for a weekend with friends and family to hang out by the water. There was a decent amount of cleaning we had to do at check out that was required despite the cleaning fee. Other than that, the place was beautiful and Evan was very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay again!

We loved our weekend at this house!! It was super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the layout of the house was perfect for a large group. The backyard was well kept and provided plenty of space for yard games and relaxing. It has a beautiful view of the lake and was gorgeous at sunset. We highly recommend this house!

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The cabin was clean and cozy and even decorated for Easter. Kevin is very friendly and responsive. We caught lots of fish from the private dock. The jacuzzi and fire pit made it even more relaxing. The environment is so peaceful. There were people staying in the other cabins when we were there, but we still had our own secluded space. The cabin is only a short 15 min drive from towns with restaurants. We ate several times at the Dairy Palace. They have good food and ice cream for his birthday treat. We were able to purchase bait from Tommy’s Tackle Box (recommended by Kevin) in Eustace. We also found a good Bbq place (Dubb’s Smoke Pitt) and farmers market stand right down the street from the bait store. We hope to return again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful outdoor getaway.

Stacey is a top notch host! She is extremely proactive in making sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. She is very personable and easy to communicate with. We loved her home so much! It's decorated beautifully and has more than you could ever need. We will stay here again!

I can't even put in words how awesome our stay was! Shelly's was the best host I've ever had! she's absolutely amazing! we had everything we needed and more! from the time we got there to the time we lefted it was a piece of heaven! We saw all the animals ( kangaroos, dear, ducks, Buffalo, elk ,puppies, sweet dogs, cow and pip ) caught 2 bass ! plus all the people who stayed there had kids like us and the kids played and had so much fun! The paddle boat was a huge hit with the kids ! Me and my husband even had a ride before we lefted! Shelly's an extremely amazing host I can't even tell you how great she is! she was made to host and raise sweet animals ❤️ we didn't want to leave 😢 💔 I can't wait to bring the kids back and my other family next time since there's a double cabin! Shelly's thought of every detail! please just booked your stayed and go! you'll love it as much as we did !🥰🥰🥰🥰 I will always Recommend this beautiful place 😍 💜

We needed a place large enough to host a large family and wedding rehearsal dinner. This house fit the bill perfectly. There was a newborn in the family so the separate housing was definitely a plus. The yard was well kept and allowed for some nice pictures. We needed to be able to make the wedding cakes and the kitchen was a perfect fit. We all had a great time.

We loved staying at Susie’s lake house! Our family relaxed and enjoyed our time away. The place was cozy and comfortable and had all of the things we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location on the lake is wonderful! We will be back!

My family loved the kayaking and the fishing and the game room. I had five grandchildren there and my son and daughter and their spouses we did not feel crowded. Everything was very nice.
