The bungalow for sole use is located directly at the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the preserved building in the grassland. There are no neighbours (single location). The beautiful place Jaidhof with castle and recreation pond is about 500 m away. Krems on the Danube is about 18 km away. The village of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At Stausee Krumau (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

A lovely non-smoking studio (34 sq m, no balcony) in the city centre with a river Danube view - your Bratislava home :) Great holiday feel, especially in the summer. 10 minute walk to the historical part of the city. Shopping, cafés and restaurants within 50 m distance.
