My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Idyllic little apartment in the city center. The stylish small apartment is located in the city center, in a 16th-century listed building, in the ecclesiastical quarter of the city. The historic city center is just a few minutes' walk away, where great restaurants, cafes, wine bars and cozy terraces are available to tourists. Major attractions, cultural experiences (cinema, concerts, theater and exhibitions) are within reach of the accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful courtyard. Ideal for couples.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Cozy apartment in a quiet courtyard in the district of Neusiedl/See. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is only available for the guests. Distance by car: 20 minutes to Neusiedl am See (Aviation Academy Austria) 20 minutes to Nickelsdorf - Nova Rock 15 minutes to Parndorf Outlet Center 20 minutes to St. Martin's Spa Frauenkirchen 20 minutes to the Roman city of Petronell-Carnuntum 25 minutes to downtown Bratislava Vienna is about 60 km from us.

Island of tranquility /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Waterfront - first row on the water - with electric boat

Stilt houses stand on piles in the water and are accessible by boat but also via jetty. Living in the middle of the reeds. Built in the 1970s/80s, then without electricity and only with gas lamps, my huts have now been brought up to modern standards. Glamorous camping is the trend, a mixture of simple, but with comfort. Not quite cheap, but it's also a crazy/expensive idea to put wooden huts in the water. But a lasting travel memory!
