Waterfront vacation rentals in Lake Muskoka

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Great location in the heart of Port Carling but still private enough to relax on the large deck and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Lynn’s. She kindly let us used some snowshoes which was a must to explore the snowy nearby trails. The sauna and jaccuzi were really appreciated to warm up after a day in the cold! Would like to come back in the summer or fall as it must be stunning as well!

This was the perfect airbnb for a relaxing weekend getaway! The apartment was beautiful with lots of natural light throughout, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Lesley and Ian were friendly and thoughtful hosts - we were greeted upon arrival and we especially appreciated the late checkout offered to us, which allowed us some extra time to enjoy the beautiful view by the dock. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay with Catherine and Tom. The place was spotless and stocked with all the essentials for cooking, making it easy to feel at home. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town dock and everything else we needed. Catherine and Tom were incredibly flexible and went out of their way to help us during some unexpected situations. They were generous, thoughtful, and always responsive to messages. Their local knowledge was invaluable, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would highly recommend staying here! 10 out of 10!!

Olga’s place is absolutely amazing! From start to finish it was a breeze communicating with her! Her beautiful apartment was extremely spotless upon arrival - almost like brand new! Everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are so soft! Her decorations are very tasteful! The balcony is super cute and clean! The view is great. I had a great nights sleep - no noise! She was very accommodating to any needs I had. The internet is also great for working from home with fast speeds! The pictures really do look EXACTLY as advertised which is refreshing! One of the best places I have stayed in through AIR BNB. I’d 100% recommend Olga’s place to anyone and I’ll definitely be back in the future! :)

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Gerard’s place! It was just as described from the pics and Gerard provided very clear instructions which made checking in seamless. The place was very clean, spacious, and right on the water! There was also a ton of things to do including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, board games, a gym with weights as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely come back again in the future!

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

terrific location to walk 2 blocks to shops & restaurants. It had private parking & ample overflow free Public parking across the road. Great family sized kitchen and livingroom.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Wonderful stay! Our host Dylan was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The home fit our large group comfortably. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras (lots of towels, warm blankets, coffees, teas, little treats) Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Lots to do, we all enjoyed ourselves and we’re already planning our return stay!! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing responsiveness from pre-booking through to checkout! When you walk in the front door the view is stunning, and gets even better at sunset. Everything you need is readily available, kitchen has all you’d need. Loved the open living space for conversation. Even though neighbours are close, it still feels quite private on the deck and in the yard. Highly recommend this place for a smaller group. Just be sure you’re all ok with stairs as the bedrooms are all downstairs. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phil's place. Very quiet and easy to find. Amazing view of the lake! We stayed 2 nights and 2 days, for our daughter's dance competition at Deerhurst resort (only 3 min drive). Very convenient location, close to Tim's, Walmart, LCBO and lots of restaurants, fast food... The condo itself is great! Spacious bedrooms! Very very cozy! Clean, very well kept, TV in each room (although we only used the one in the main room downstairs). Also has everything you need in the kitchen! love the reclining couch too, had to fight for that spot with hubby lol. We have been to 1 other AirBnb and 2 hotels this dance season and this was by far the BEST. Phil is very friendly and very responsive. Definitely recommended! THANK YOU PHIL!

The perfect little get away. The condo was super clean and updated, as well as homey/welcoming. Pino provided everything you could need. The view was beautiful. It was just what we needed for the best weekend.

We had a great stay at this stylish comfortable condo in a nice neighbourhood. The condo itself is very clean and has everything,and more,than you need. The brita filter is a big plus ! My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive
