Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Beautiful setting for a Getaway. One-Bedroom Cabin on 116 Acre Ranch, set 1/4 mile down paved driveway. Minutes away from hiking, canoeing and kayaking. Just a short drive to all the happenings in Traverse City. Thousands of acres of snowmobiling and cross country skiing right out the back gate. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Open and spacious, family-friendly house on the south side of Lake Mitchell has private frontage and a shallow, sandy bottom, perfect for all ages. Fenced yard, fire pit, and beach area are Lakeside, and a huge "back" yard is perfect for lawn games. Snowmobile trails, skiing, and public land are all nearby. A 4k TV with cable and streaming is provided. Summer rentals are 7 days, Fri-Fri. We stay Fri-Sun+, and plan to open Mon-Thurs rentals. Feel free to inquire about mid-week rentals.

Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Delightful year round home on Lake Mitchell (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 fireplaces. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, private dock, large yard and 110 feet lakefront located just minutes from downtown Cadillac. Screened in porch, gas grill, deck overlooking the lake, fire pit with plenty of chairs. In the winter enjoy skiing at Caberfae, snowmobiling, ice fishing and cross country skiing. The guesthouse may be available for an additional fee from late May to early Oct.
