House vacation rentals in Lake Livingston

The house was wonderful as described and even better. We were very happy to book that place.

Stay was just as advertised. Unfortunate that there were dam repairs going on which caused low water by the dock, but this was well communicated and we were made aware. We appreciate the stay and the communication and enjoyed our time at Lake Livingston

I'm from Austin and needed to go to Houston. My fiancé and I made a SUPER last minute decision to see if we could make a weekend out of it together, instead of a day trip. I reached out to Robert about this listing at 4:47pm on Friday night, thinking this would be a perfect place to stay but expecting it not to work out due to the last minute request. In what seemed like a miracle, but mainly Robert's willingness to accommodate, instantaneous communication, a hasty exit from our house and a 3-hour drive, Bradley and I found ourselves in this heavenly place just before 10pm. And it was so much better than the pictures! This tiny house has a huge, tall ceiling, lovely aesthetic, is in a very nice, safe and beautiful area near the water, and the mattress is perfection. Robert was also more than willing to accommodate our dog which we truly appreciate. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the amenities including playing pickleball in the court nearby. Definitely recommend! :)

This home was fabulous! From the minute I walked in the door it was so relaxing and cozy. Incredible experience in this secluded phenomenal get a way! Matthew was incredibly responsive.

This is exactly what I was looking for. everything was exactly as described. We spent most of our time outside at the pond and in the game roo.. We caught plenty of bluegil and bass. Debbie and Mary were kind enough to have worms ready for us at check in. Beautiful location, great hosts! Thank you so much. Will definitely book again in the future.

our family came together and Celebrated Thanksgiving. at this lovely home. We had everything that was needed in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed using the kayaks, row boats,fishing poles and the fire pit. It was the perfect retreat for our family. Thanks so very much Linda!

Had a great time at the lake! I’m going on deployment soon and wanted some time with family, in-laws and friends and this was perfect. The shop was THE SPOT! Perfect for the group setting we had with plenty of space for everyone not to feel crowded. We all loved waking up early in the mornings having coffee on the porch, to having fires with beautiful sunsets in the background. It was just what we needed! Would definitely book this place again! Thank yall for everything and allowing us to stay!

Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen counters, open spaces, nice porch with great view of the lake! Downstairs rec room was a lot of fun!

This place and Mrs Rhonda were both Great I have Nothing but Good Things To Say About All Of And I Highly Recommend This Rnb To Anyone That’s Looking Around The Area. They Are Very Helpful And Hands On, Super Friendly, They Never Bothered Me One Time!! Great Place, Great People!!

Sherry’s place was a fantastic spot to catch up with friends and relax! The home was clean and comfortable and full of anything we could need. They even included a snack basket which was a lovely surprise.

There is not enough space to expand on our stay at Lori & Todd’s place. First, the “Southern Hospitality”, was first class! The pictures don’t do the beautiful beach house justice! When I walked in it felt like home! Lori was so accommodating and extremely helpful in making sure we felt at home! The house is more than spacious. The Host thought of everything as it relates to amenities! Even their neighbors were as sweet as she and Todd were. We had no hiccups….just a lot of peace and relaxation. My Father is a Vietnam Vet. He doesn’t get out much and even he felt totally comfortable at the lovely home. He is wheelchair bound….so, the first one room was perfect for him. The restroom was right next door to his room. When I tell you they thought of everything they did! We have already locked in our second visit! Lori and Todd thank you for being so accommodating to my family and I! Stay blessed!!! Tawmika

My family and I had a great time—there was always something for everyone! My parents enjoyed drinking their morning coffee while overlooking the lake from the deck, my kids loved the kayaks/dock and exploring the water, and I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and open living room for playing family games. In the evenings, we sat around the gas fire pit and roasted marshmallows while sharing stories. Such great memories! And on top of it all, Ruthie was very responsive and helpful from start to finish!

Messaged Dorothy one of the nights since we didn’t have cooking oil and very quick to respond. Her mom came by and she is so nice and friendly! The house is very clean but has a few roaches and lots of fruit flies! Kitchen can use some help in organization. There is not Keurig like pictured, there is a regular coffee maker. There is very little coffee grounds available for a large family. There is a lot of toiletries for guest, so no need to pack in your luggage! Backyard needs maintenance, trees overgrown, porch has spiderwebs, and the well/septic has a water puddle. We did not bother to spend time back there as kids can step in something. There is no outdoor fire pit like pictured. House is on a small fenced area that shares a huge property with other homes (not next to each other). Very quiet and calm location!

Scott was very friendly and quick to communicate! His home is beautiful, and so homey. It was peaceful and bright. So many fun amenities. Would stay again!

this was our second stay at Elida's lovely home. our family had a blast.

The place was cute and cozy! The lake view was breathtaking! It was very clean and organized. The kind bedroom mattress was comfortable. A couple of things that could be a bit better was the variety of cooking pans, only had 3 stainless steal. There was only 1 dishwasher pod. One of the bedroom doors would not shut all the way, there wasn’t any napkins and didn’t have extra paper towels.

Our family was there for a wedding the weekend we stayed, and it was just what we needed. It was spacious with way more than enough room for the 11 of us. It's exactly what you expect with images provided and description of the place. It had plenty of amenities, and the checkout time was late enough in the day to not make us feel rushed getting out of there.

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful Livingston Lake House and had a very relaxing 4 nights. We originally had reserved 3 nights, but we enjoyed it so much we asked for a 4th night and the owner was able to accommodate. We fished, swam, and watched the sunsets and stars at night. It was very peaceful. The house was very spacious and clean. The water views from the living room were gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. We will be coming back in the future.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, and easily walkable to the lake. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in yard and the quiet neighborhood. David and Sherry were very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Kelli is a great host. This was my very first Air B and B and to my surprise it was a great stay. The place is right on the water and the view was great. I highly recommend it.

This was a nice little spot and was very close to town and the venue. We stayed there 2 nights and it didn’t kill our pockets. It was a last second thing as well and she still allowed us to come in and stay!
