Katherine's place is stunning! The home honours its heritage with updated amenities. The pictures from the listing are accurate. Our stay away allowed us to celebrate family time with our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed cooking food in the expansive kitchen and playing games at the dining room table together. The town of Paris is a quick walk to awesome shops, with beautiful views of the Grand River along the way. We would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a great time, many things to do just within the house. It was very nice to have the lake right across the street. Anytime I asked a question Rob was right on it. Very comfortable Beds are very nice!

Our stay was perfect! We are so glad we found Matthew's place. He welcomed our furry friends giving us a safe place for them to stay and play. A fenced grassy yard, puppy blankets, and toys. I texted Matthew with a question and he called me within minutes. We will be staying here again and again!

Renee was extremely responsive in any questions we had for her. As we entered the home, we noticed how clean and updated the furnishings were even had homemade cookies on the table for us. I was with my two sisters and my two granddaughters who are 17 and 16 and the weather was not cooperative, but we had such a good time creating memories and shared some great laughs. And also the amenities that she had at the house were above and beyond many homes

We had a wonderful weekend at Denise's place to spend time on the lake with my Dad for Fathers Day. Denise thought of all the little details, including leaving bottled water, flavored creamers, lots of spices, snacks and even a special treat for the dog. The home was very clean and exactly as described. The use of kayaks/paddle boards was very nice, so we could go out on the lake. Denise and her husband live next door and were very welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure to stay at this location, it's nice and cosy directly facing the lake. great spot to spend some relaxing time in the island. Everything matched the description, reccomended! I will definitely consider coming again!

Fantastic stay. Close to Southhampton downtown area and a very close walk to the beach. Place was very spacious, breezy (well ventilated with many windows), bright, clean & tidy, well appointed (pillows, sheets, cooking items, games, tv /subscriptions) and so very cozy! Loved the kitchen/living space on the second floor- great use of space and a good separation when some of us wanted to stay up, while others wanted to go to sleep on first floor. Thank you so much for this wonderful home base!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly what we are looking for. Very cozy and quiet, nice hikes and most of all, the amazing animals. The girls spent hours hanging out with the horses and the pigs. Our time here was very memorable. There are amazing hikes nearby, small towns like Markdale and Flasherton and both have small restaurants, shops and cafes. John and Andrea are simply great! They are extremely kind and generous with their time. Excellent advice all the time, great conversations and will offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. John let us help with the daily shores and feeding the animals. He also gave us excellent ideas for hikes, local attractions, etc. We are really looking forward to going there again next spring or summer.

We really love this property! This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our visit by a couple of nights. The space is large and offers plenty of cozy spots to relax in different areas of the home. The kids had an amazing time playing in the pool and hanging out in the spacious living room. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. It’s the perfect private and local getaway for our large family!

We had a wonderful stay at Shahrzad’s cottage in Innisfil! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Shahrzad was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The location was peaceful and close to the lake, which made it perfect for a weekend escape. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This Beautiful Farmhouse was more than we could ever want and more!! Such a relaxing birthday weekend with amazing Memories we will never forget! I know everyone says this but Debbie honestly is like family, especially to me! We definitely bonded ❤️ We are already talking about our next trip here we loved it that much! This place is a GEM and I recommend 100 million percent!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had the best time playing tennis and basketball, going in the pool and sauna. The pool is cool which was so nice after getting super hot in the sauna. 10/10 recommend. The inside was beautiful and relaxing, felt like a perfect getaway and we will be back for sure! The pictures do not capture the true beauty of this property. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and fast to respond to any questions or needs. The pool is refreshing and the backyard was very well kept. My nieces had a great time playing in the pool and the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down in the evenings. I do plan on returning to this property in my future when I visit.

My family & I loved it . Everyone was content just staying at the cottage . Lol but we did check out A couple of the recommendations & they were very nice !! Great stay will definitely book again !!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy cottage! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The BBQ setup was great and made evening meals easy and enjoyable. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature views, making it a peaceful escape from the city. We especially loved sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet, scenic surroundings. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

My partner and I stayed for three nights in mid June. The cottage was lovely and the area was beautiful. We loved spending time in Goderich, walking along the beach, watching the beautiful sunset, dining at wonderful local restaurants, and hiking in the forest.

Johannes place was beautiful. Couldn’t believe what they did to the old church. Close walk to the beach and across the street from a park. My sister in law and her family stayed in the attached Airbnb and there was lots of room for us to all have meals together.

Millie's place was a perfect getaway for my husband and I before the arrival of our baby in August. (Very pregnant friendly!) The cottage was incredibly clean, organized, and cute!! The patio was comfortable for lounging and reading. The yard was the perfect size for our pups to run around and enjoy themselves. The view of the lake was breathtaking! Doreen was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend Millie's Place to anyone wanting to enjoy fresh air, relaxation, and beautiful scenery!

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

The cottage was greatl for our first visit to the sunrise side of the state and is well suited for couples or small families. Great location near state parks, Lake Huron, and Alpena. Visiting in mid-October many of the other homes were already closed for the season so the area was pretty quiet. This was great since neighbors are close by - something that wasn't a surprise being right on the lake. We were able to cook meals in the cute, vintage kitchen, enjoyed the well-stocked Nespresso, and spent most evenings around the firepit looking at the stars. Bed was comfy! Weather was warm so there were a decent amount of ladybugs. With the warm weather though there was the bonus of being able to take the owner-provided kayaks out on the lake!

My family and I had a great weekend in this wonderful, quiet, peaceful place, nestled in the woods. We even regretted having to leave! I highly recommend it!

We were blown away by this stunning retreat in the woods. The host has thought of absolutely everything to make the stay enjoyable and memorable . The kitchen was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. We especially enjoyed the pour over coffee from a local roaster. Other highlights: Sonos speakers playing music all weekend, bath products, plenty of towels and linens, bath robes. The instruction manual app is very detailed and has everything you could possibly need to know. The host is quick to respond. Mountain bike trails 1-2 km up the road - some of the best we have seen. We used the sauna and cold plunge more than we thought we would - it was FAB. Zero complaints. We would LOVE to stay here again.
