We had a great time at Luxe Mod BNB. This place was perfect for our style of vacation. The house had all the amenities we could imagine. The views from the rooftop of the casita were incredible. We stayed at the house most of our time at Lake Havasu, as there really wasn’t a reason to leave. Everything we needed was there!

Love this place. Second stay in the same room. No issue from the host. I have had several shoulder surgeries and could use a better bed but the wife sleeps great there. Nothing bad or wrong with the listing and will definitely be back. The location is perfect, close to the grocery store, close to the night life, close to the locals hangouts if you don't want to deal with the tourists.

Great backyard/pool. Well furnished house with everything you might need. Thoughtful extras in the kitchen like granola bars, hot chocolate, coffee, a can of dog food in case you forgot dog food. All linens, beach towels. The host responded within 10 minutes

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The house was clean and matched the pictures/description in the listing. The pool/patio was just as gorgeous as the pictures. It felt very safe and secluded while still being in town. The location at the top of the hill provides excellent views of the mountain and lake. Nick responded quickly to an issue that came up when we arrived and took care of the problem promptly. The house was clean and accommodating for our group of 9. Amenities within the house were top notch. Parking for 2 cars was no problem. Would highly recommend this house!

This home is beautiful!! We had a great time! Really big home and very clean! Was a little far from everything but was no big deal. Big drive way to fit all your vehicles! The pool is not heated so we did not get to use it which was a bummer (im not sure if AZ, really does heated pools). But overall this home is fantastic and would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! The house was very clean and is very well taken care of. It has a massive grand entry with an open floor plan in the main area so everyone can hang out together. There were 8 in our group and the house never felt cramped. We enjoyed playing pool in the main room as well as hitting the jacuzzi at night. There are 2 En suites that are very big and open, as well as two other bedrooms and a bunk room with its own living room. We cooked one meal in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything you need. This house really has it all. We have already booked it again for another trip next month!

We had the absolute best stay at Kristi's place. The home is gorgeous and the location ideal. Ive never seen a more well equipped AIRBNB. Anything you could want or need was provided...down to ziplock bags and dude wipes. The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay for the adults and kids alike. Kristi was flexible with check in and a great communicator. If we return to the area, we would love to stay in this rental again!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had: a group of friends and I found this gem while looking for a weekend getaway. The house was stunning! Modern, beautiful and comfortable . Everyone raved about the decor and how upscale everything was; from top notch appliances to sturdy comfortable furniture. We had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. I’m already thinking about bringing my family back for another visit.

This home was perfect for our vacation! Rena was extremely responsive and proactive during our stay. The pool/hot tub area was perfect for the kids. The house was plenty of space and a great location for all things Havasu! The area was clean and quiet and everyone we ran into walking the dog or playing golf were so nice! We would definitely recommend staying here!
