Built in 2023, the Green Heron Cottage is our 3BR/2 BA 1,700 sq ft modern design open concept space that sits on our 4.5 acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn & Auburn/Opelika. Private fire pit, hammock and yard. Boat from your dock just a few short minutes to get delicious eats, gas for the boat, and lake life essentials. Spacious dock on deep water lot. Enjoy large outdoor dinners at our 8-person deck dining table or have even more friends and family over and use our indoor table seating 12 with beautiful lake views. You are welcome to try pontoon boat & Bōte paddle board.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home on Lake Oliver. 10-12 min drive to north or downtown columbus with only a 15-18 min drive to Fort Benning. Guest will enjoy the use of the dock and the deck that spans the entire length of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat.
